    Sub: Annual Maintenance Of Vrf System Of Balasaheb Thakre Smarak Of Thane Municipal Corporation.BREAK DOWN MAINTENANCE 1 Providing Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract for 1 HP VRF unit as per terms & condition.Job includes1) Quaterly servicing .2) On call repair. 3) Repalcement of all spares within 24 hours. The job exclude sheet metal work and plastic material as per specification 1 1) Items included in CAMC.: Replacement of compressor , Electronices circuits, Replacement of Blower & Condenser motor, Pressure testing & gas charging, HP & LP Cut out switch., MCB. Items not include in CAMC. : Plastic body & cover of indoor unit. Fna blade ,blower, Metal items such as outer body of condensing unitbotton tray. Cable tary. Aluminium fins & copper tubes of condenser coil & evaporator coils 2 Supplying & Erecting of blower. 1
