1Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
2Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
3Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement
4Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
5Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
6Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
7Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a)60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
8Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
9Supplying and fixing of solar road stud made of polycarbonate molded body, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode.The product shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to MORTH and ASTM D 4280 Type H.The product should be resistant to water ingress according to IP65 standards with IS 12063:1987 Category 2 and should withstand temperatures in the range of -7 degree C to 70 degree C.Flashing rate and colour of lighting is to be provided as per requirement.there should be minimum current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes in sleep-charging mode to enhance product life and single charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours.The height, width and length shall not be less than 10mm x 100mm x 100mm.Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer"s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.Warranty certificate and test reports confirming to compressive strength as per MORTH circular shall be obtained from the manufacturer and submitted to the engineer-in-charge.Two years warranty certificate for solar RPM for the quantity installed and a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory confirming to water ingress shall be obtained from the manfacturer by the contractor and submitted to the Engineer-in-charge.
10Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. With medium setting bitumen emulsion a. On Bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg/sqm
11Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity
12Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity
13Providing and laying stone matrix asphalt (SMA) using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and lime filler and cellulose fiber transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollersto achieve the desired compaction and density, as per Morth specification(5th revision) clause no. 515, complete in all respect and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. A) 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 6.00% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @6% to 10% (percentage by weight of aggregates) and cellulose fiber pellets@0.45% by weight of total mix prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. ( Cost of using less bitumen below 6 % shall be recovered separately as per approved job mix design subject to minimum 5.80% and maximum 6.20%).Extra bitumen used as per Job mix beyond 6% to 6.2% is not payable.
14Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
15Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
16Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : a.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
17Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

20Providing and fixing Cylindrical Bollard 300mm (top dia) x 300mm (Bottom dia) x 450 mm height manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process including necessary excavation and cement concrete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
21Providing & fixing Precast RCC/SFRC slab of bell mouth i/c plastering with cement mortar1:3 (1 Cement: 3 fine sand of 6mm thickness on exposed surface of slab having size 1.0x0.5x0.05m , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
22Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

24Providing and fixing hand rest bench : each bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in cement color(thickness-80mm, back height-890 mm, front height-450 mm and base width-690 mm) and 1 nos. reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500mm x 400mm x 50mm, and one no. of reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500mm x 425 mm x 50mm, overall dimensions:Seating length of the bench-1500mm, seating height of the bench-450mm, Total height of the Bench-890mm, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process. reinforced suitably to promote long use and to prevent damage during handling, transporation & erection.all parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and all bolts are sealed after assembly.Bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive, water proof coating so as to make surface glossy and water proof.
25Providing and fixing circular bench with back rest: base sitting platform size:1600mm dia; Height of base & back support; 900mm, bottom dia of the base; 1122mm; top dia of the base: 660mm; Thickness of bench: 50mm.Manfactures by using M-30 grade of Concerte using vibro compaction process.reinforced suitably to promote long use and to prevent damage during handling, transportation & erection. 27Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
28Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : (a)Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent
29Providing & fixing of Flexible median marker double sided made of polycarbonate for impact resistance and good weather ability. Polycarbonate used for molding the median marker shall have a minimum izod impact strength value of 600 J/m at room temperature.The impact strength of the poly carbonate should not decrease to less than 70% of its initial value on being subjected to UV weathering as per ASTM G 155 for 1000 hours or exposure to 2 years of natural weathering.the body of the median marker shall be in the form of an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length 15cm height and width of 10 x 10 cm.the median marker shall have fluorescent yellow retro-reflective sheeting confirmin to type XI specifications as per ASTM D 4956.Area of reflective sheeting should not be less than 70cm2.Edge of retro reflective shall be concealed using a grill/mesh/similar mechanism to prevent vanalism and sheeting pilferage. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed and painted in contrasting colour on both side of median marker for distinct identification
30Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
31Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a.Two or more coats on new work
32Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately. Circular manhole 140 cm dia with circular cover 600 mm dia of grade EHD - 35.
33Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground/ C&D work processing plant authorised by MCD or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Note: The fee levied by C&D work processing plant shall be reimbersed seperately on production of origional recipts.
