(iii) Contrctor has to provide the Mobile no so that massges can be send on the same mobile No. (iv) For non collection of complaits from JE E/M Rs.500/- per day will be charged. (v) For Non attendence of complaints in 24 Hrs Rs.1000/- per day per complaint will be charged (vi) Contractor has to return the complaint duly signed from the user with time & date. |
