Exc. 1 Sqm Each Including Sweepig Free From Dust And Mud Or Water Scoring Sunken Surfaces In Roads, Path Etc Including Cutting Around Edges To Atleast 25 Mm In Depth And Making Good By Applying Tack Coat Using Paving Bitumen Vg-10 @ At 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm Putting In Premixed Bitumininous Macadam, Well Rammed And Sealed With Binder 9.8 Kg Per 10 Sqm, Blinded With 0.09 Cum Of Stone Chippings, 6.3 Mm Size And Against Will Rammed ( Including Supply Of Premixed Macadam, Binder And Chippings ) , Depth Of Potholes Exc. 30 Mm And Directed By Engineer In Charge. 5 All As Per Item No.4 Above But Making Good By Applying Tack Coast With Bituminous Primer Using Paving Bitumen Vg-10 At 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm, Putting In Premix As Specified For Thin Bituminous Carpet ( 2.00 Cm Thick ) Well Rammed And Sealed With Premixed Sand Seal Coat ( 6.8 Kg Of Binder With 0.06 Cum Of Sand ) , Again Well Rammed ( Including Supply Of Premix Binder And Sand ) Depth Of Potholes N. Exc. 30 Mm Complete All As Specified And Directed.Note :- The Work For Potholes Shall Be Executed At Different Locations As Directed By Engineer In Charge. 6 M&L For Preparing Existing Black Top Surface By Brushing With Wire Brushes For Removing Caked Mud Etc. Sweeping With Broom Andfinally Fanning The Cleaned Surfaces With Gunny Bags To Remove All Loose Dirt Etc And Applying Evenly A Priming / Tack Coat With Bituminous Primerusing Paving Bitumenvg-10 @ 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm Complete All As Speicified And Directed. 7 M&L For Preparing Unsurfaced Water Bound Macadam Surfaces And Applying Evenly A Priming / Tack Coat With Bituminious Primer Using Paving Bitumen Vg-10@ 10 Kg Per 10 Sqm Complete All As Specified Ad Directed. 8 M&L For Bituminous Premixed Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete 30 Mm Consolidated Thickness With 5.5% Binder Content Using Paving Bitumen Vg-30 By Weight By Total Mix Laid With Self Propelling Mechanical Paver, Rolled And Compacted With 8 To 10 Tonnes Power Road Roller To Required Cambe And Graident Complete All As Specified And Directed.Note :- ( A ) Contractor To Lay The Rope On Both Sides Of Lane Along The Road Before Commencing Caspeting To Ensure The Compacted Thickness ( Rope As Per Loose Thickness ) . ( B ) Premix Concrete Shall Be Mixed In Hot Plant Transported From Plant To Work Site And Laid / Spread By Means Of Mechanical Paver. 3	M & L for premixed bituminous macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto miximum 75 mm) to make good the cut edges of roads etccomplete all as specified and directed
4	M&L for repair to potholes any depth n. exc. 1 Sqm each including sweepig free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc including cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ at 5 kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bitumininous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and against will rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc. 30 mm and directed by Engineer in charge.
5	All as per item No.4 above but making good by applying tack coast with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2.00 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n. exc. 30 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work for potholes shall be executed at different locations as directed by Engineer in charge.
6	M&L for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with broom andfinally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primerusing paving bitumenVG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as speicified and directed.
7	M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen VG-10@ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified ad directed.
8	M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight by total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonnes power road roller to required cambe and graident complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Contractor to lay the rope on both sides of lane along the road before commencing caspeting to ensure the compacted thickness (Rope as per loose thickness). (b) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. (c) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any veriation in actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted lower side of binder used however no price adjustment shall be maee if the binder content works out to more than as specified in BOQ.
9	M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermplastic reflective paint for marking minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using "HOTMARK" thermoplastic paint (hot application) white / yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingradients such as binder glass beads titanium dioxide calcuim carbonate, inter filler etc thermplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 of MOST / OSCARE specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacture"s instructions complete all as specified and directed.
10	S&F in repair plastic speed bumb of ABS material speed breaker / rubber rumbler of size L 1250 mm x W 350 mm x H 50 mm fixed with metalic bolt of suitable size embedded in epoxy as per manufacturer"s instruction complete all as specified and directed.
11	S&F road side convex mirror, size 70 cm dia including MS pipe 50 mm dia and 1.5 m length above GL, fixing clamps and fixed with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and posthole size minimium 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.
12	Demolition of cement concrete floor and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.
13	M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub floors, floors & pavings complete all as specified and directed.
14	Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamferred edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory, compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
