Name of Work : EXTENSION OF EXISTING FRESH WATER SUPPLY LINE BETWEEN VARIOUS POSTAT AIR FORCE STATION JAISALMER

4	Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore with & including all necessary fittings complete, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
5	Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, pipes, erection of poles, structs/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
6	Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.
7	Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
8	Taking out existing GI/DI pipe line of size 80/50/40mm and relaying the same as complete all as specified and directed.
9	Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V ,3phase system having capacity 10 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of PCC foundation, anti vibration pads, MS channel mounting structure and any other accessories required for proper installation and running of pump as per OEM recommendation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made on this account.
10	Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V ,3 phase system having capacity 12.5 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of PCC foundation, anti vibration pads, MS channel mounting structure and any other accessories required for proper installation and running of pump as per OEM recommendation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note : Cost of excavation, PCC base and any other work required at site for effective installation of tank as per manufacturer recommendation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.No extra payment shall be made on this account.
12	Cast Iron Air Valves with with two air outlets, 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI/DI/GI water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.
13	Cast Iron Air Valves with with two air Outlets, 80 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI/DI/GI water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.
14	Supply and Install Booster pump 36 meter head discharge 450 LPM complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of PCC foundation, anti vibration pads, MS channel mounting structure and any other accessories required for proper installation and running of pump as per OEM recommendation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

21	Cutting existing water pipe line by necessary T&P ,& making connection in new laying GI pipe of size 80/50mm pipe line by necessary welding, fittings/fixture complete all as specified and directed.
22	Making connection from 150mm ductile iron pipe line by making hole in pipe line of suitable size by D-Joint and fittings fixure and give branch connection of size 40mm and 25mm complete all as specified and directed
23	Cutting ofroad, pavement, hard standing by manual labour or by necessary machine but not more than 400mm width including getting out all debris and refilled after laying of pipe and after compaction PCC 1:3:6 not less than 200mm thick will be done in the entire length and width of cutting complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of excavation, returning filling and PCC shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made on this account.
24	PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of man hole etc complete all as specified and as directed
25	Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from mild steel structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint /aluminiumas directed complete all as specified and directed.
