86	(a) Contractor shall quote his rate by considering 5.5% bitumen content. If it is less than 5.5% by weight of total mix, the amount shall be recovered for the less weight of binder only at the rate of Rs 42/- per Kg if technically acceptable. No other claim whatsoever on account of this will be allowed.
87	(b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item.

98	Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles (300 x 300 x 25) mm set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigments in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 bedded and jointed complete all as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.Note - (i) Chequered tiles shall be approved by the GE under intimation to the Accepting Officer in advance before the execution of the work on ground.
99	Precast Kerbs or mud stops and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating on edges of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.Note - (i) Precast PCC Kerb stones shall be approved by the GE under intimation to the Accepting Officer in advance before the execution of the work on ground.
100	Preparing newly plastered or concrete Surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
