Make ( Cleaners / Degreaser ) : Sika / Dr. Beck / Cipy / Krayon / Asian / Berger Or Equivalent. 8 M & L, Wear Resistance Flooring By Use Of Vacuum Dewatering Method And Power Toweling Method With Skim Floater, Concrete Flooring Of M-30 Grade Mixed And Transported Through Rmc, Using Ppc Cement Of Is Brand Cement With Graded Aggregates Thickness Of Rcc 110 Mm ( Max ) , With Smooth And Fair Surface Achieving Hard Top Wear Surface Using Chemical Hardner As Specified Quantity Per Unit Area Spread While Power Trowelling In Progress And Including Following Works / Specification ( A ) By Providing Concrete Surface To Achive Flexutural Strength Not Less Than 35Kg / Sqcm ( A ) Fixing Of Steel Frame Work And Removal After Laying Of Concrete. ( B ) Making Of Suitable Contraction Joints And Same Is To Be Fitted With Sealing Compound. 5	M&L, Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.
6	Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre.
7	M & LChemically cleaning of existing oily / greasy surfaces of cement concrete. Make (Cleaners / Degreaser): SIKA / Dr. BECK / CIPY / KRAYON / ASIAN / BERGER or equivalent.
8	M & L, wear resistance flooring by use of vacuum dewatering method and power toweling method with skim floater, concrete flooring of M-30 grade mixed and transported through RMC, using PPC cement of IS brand cement with graded aggregates thickness of RCC 110 mm (max), with smooth and fair surface achieving hard top wear surface using chemical hardner as specified quantity per unit area spread while power trowelling in progress and including following works/ specification (A) By providing concrete surface to achive flexutural strength not less than 35Kg/sqcm (a) Fixing of steel frame work and removal after laying of concrete. (b) Making of suitable contraction joints and same is to be fitted with sealing compound. (c) Power trowelling and finishing to achive required finish surface.
9	M & L, Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.
10	M & L, Filling / sealing of Expansion / contraction / dummy (working) joints (Cross Section 12mm x 150mm) with foam based breaker rods (white) and PU coloured sealent (12mm x 25mm in cross section). Make (PU coloured sealent) : SIKA / Dr. BECK / CIPY / KRAYON / ASIAN / BERGER or equivalent.
11	Removing building materials etc.to a distance of 1.5Km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.
