The Work Also Includes Shifting Of Material From Store / Stacking Place To Site. 3 Erection Of Following Equipment On Already Erected / Fabricated Structure Including Shifting Of Equipments From Store To Work Site. 4 36 Kv Line Isolator On Abl Type Structure Including Fixing Of Its Operating Boxes & Mechanism Coupling Link Pipe Etc. 5 36 Kv Bus Isolator On Abl Type Structure Including Fixing Of Its Operating Box & Mechanism Coupling Link Pipes Etc. 6 36 Kv Single Phase Post Insulator & La On Alp Structure. 7 Erection & Commissioning Of 36 Kv Vcb. 8 Shifting Of New 33 Kv Control And Relay Panel From Store To Control Room Then Its Erection & Proper Earthing With Ms Flat Size 50X6 Mm As Per Requirement. 9 Laying Of Control Cable From Control Panel / Relay Panel To Its Breaker / Ct / Pt Already Erected Through Cable Trenches Including Removal Of Trench Cover, Dressing As Per Cable Schedule Including Clamping At A Distance 2 Mtr. With 25X3 Mm. Aluminium Strip. It Includes Cutting & Making Holes In Various EquipmentS Base Plates & Fixing Of Accurate Size Cable Glands, Binding The Numbering Tags On Both Side Of Cable, This Also Include Resetting Of Trench Cover On Trenches After Completion Of Work. 10 2X2.5 Mm2 11 4X2.5 Mm2 12 6X2.5 Mm2 13 Termination Of Cables Laid Above As Per Cable Schedule Including Making Necessary Holes In Panel Base Plate Or Junction Box As Per Site Requirement. Supply & Providing Ferrules On Each Core Of Cable & Its Terminaton At Both Ends And All Other Associated Work. 14 2X2.5 Mm2 15 4X2.5 Mm2 16 6X2.5 Mm2 17 Earthing Of Sub-Station Structure & Equipments With Ms Flat Having Size 75X10 / 50X6 Mm By Cutting, Straightening, Bending, Laying 700 Mm Below The Ground Level & Above Ground Level For Earthing Of Main And Auxiliary Structure And Equipments At Two Points Including Welding With Earthmat & With Object To Be Earthed After Excavation Of Trenches And Its Back Filling, Painting Of Ms Flat & All Other Associated Work Satisfactorily. 18 Complete Jumpering Work Of Different Equipments I.E.. Bi, Cb, Ct, Pt, Li Etc. By Twin Acsr Panther Conductor Including Cutting, Tilting & Tightening With Pg Clamps / Terminal Clamps At Both Ends As Per Technical Standard And Direction Of Supervising Engineer. 19 Stringing And Proper Sagging Of New 33 Kv Overhead Jack Bus Section ( R, Y-B-Phase ) Between Old 33 Kv Bus To New 33 Kv Extended Bus By Twin Acsr Moose Conductor Appox. 32 Mtr Overhead. The Work Include Cutting Of Conductor, Making Of Bus Bar Of Appropriate Length, Hoisting Of 70 Kn Disc Insulator, Tension Fitting Etc. 20 Pilfer Proof Sealing Arrangement For Outdoor Metering Of 33 Kv Bay By Providing & Fitting Of 40Mm Od Gi Pipe With Cutting, Threading And Plumbing From Each Pt And Ct Terminal Block To Junction Box. Work Also Include Laying Of Control Cable Through Above Laid Gi Pipe From Terminal Box Of Ct & Pt To Junction Box Separating & Fixing Energy Meter Box By Welding And Earthing Of It & Termination Of Laid Control Cables At Terminal Box &Junction Boxes. All The Material Gi Pipe, Elbow Etc. & Labour & T&P Shall Be Provided By The Contractor. 21 Providing & Fixing Of Phase Plate ( R, Y, B Phase ) Of 02 Mm Thick Aluminium Sheets Of Size 5” Dia Covering Of 3 M Hip / Mdf Retro Reflected Sheet In Single Piece With All Mounting With Gi Nut And Bolts. 1 Set Comprises Of R, Y, B Phase Plates.
