Complete All As Specified And Directed 2 M&L For Premix Bituminous Macadam Mixed Laid With Mechanical Paver And 8 To 12 Tonne Power Roller And Compacted To Required Gradient And Camber ( Consolidated Thickness 75Mm Or Less ) With Paving Bitumen 4% Binder ( Viscosity Grade Vg-30 ) Contents Complete All As Specified And Directed.Note:- ( I ) Work Shall Be Executed As Per Designed Mix ( Job Mix Formula ) Approved By Ge. ( Ii ) If The Bitumen Content As Per Design Mix Found To Be Less Than 4%, It Shall Be Recovered At The Rate Of Rs 60 / - Per Kg For Short Of Bitumen. 2	M&L for premix bituminous macadam mixed laid with mechanical paver and 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen 4% binder (viscosity grade VG-30) contents complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per designed mix (job mix formula) approved by GE. (ii) If the bitumen content as per design mix found to be less than 4%, it shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 60/- per Kg for short of bitumen. If bitumen content found to be more than 4% as per design mix same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt.
3	M&L forpreparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirtetc, applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm etc including providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tippers, chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-30) viscosity grade, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) Work shall be executed as per job mix formula approved by Garrison Engineer (ii) Bitumen content as per design mix is found to be less than 5.5%, the short of bitumen shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 60/- per Kg and no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content as per design mix found to be more than 5.5% same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt. complete all as specified and directed.
4	M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surfaces for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint conforming to BIS 3262, laid through road marking machine in a layer painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow of CRYSTALEX, using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in 100 mm width, etc complete all as specified & directed.
5	M&L for long delinator made out of medium grade MS pipe 75cm dia, 1.20 Mtr high (0.9 m above and 0.30 m below ground level) wrapped wtih high intensity reflector tape in red, yellow and white in colour of 150mm height and 50micron thickness of each. Reflected portion covered with welded mesh of 3mm wire dia and 50mm x 50mm mesh encluding necessory painting, excavation and embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate (Block size 25x25x35cm) etc, including taking down old etc, complete all as specified and directed
6	S&F in repair Bi-Directional reflective type road solar studs, illuminated yellow both side of rectangular / square shape made up of thermoplasitc body fixed on road with bitumen adhesive as per manufacturer"s instructions having abrasion resistance ceremic coating and reflective surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.
7	S&F in repair Bi-Directional reflective type road cat eye, illuminated yellowrectangular / square at centre size (100 x 115mm/100 x 100mm)made up of thermoplasitc body fixed on road with bitumen adhesive as per manufacturer"s instructions having abrasion resistance ceremic coating and reflective surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.
8	S&F in repair, black and yellow Plastic speed breaker including nuts and bolts, made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process of size 350mm length and 263mm width with working width of 250mm, hight 53mm and weight not less than 1200 gm.etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: M/s Sapphire Road safety product or equivalent as approved by GE
