| 1 | Supply and installation of the updated software having capabilities for running, controlling, visual display (of running tests being carried out) and printing of test results (on normal printers available in the market) for UTM model no. BSUT-200 JD compatible with 64 bit Windows 10/Windows 11 Operating System. The existing software should be compatible with existing PCIE Card, if not the compatible version of the card to be supplied by bidder. The software should also have the capability of being updated as per requirement. Note: 1. Computer with 64 bit Windows 10/Windows 11 Operating System will be supplied by RBRI. 2. Agency will provide the copy of updated software in 2 Nos. USB Flash Drive as backup for. (1) Assistant Chief Engineer - Mechanical (RBRI) (2) Chief Research Officer (RBRI) 3. Bidder will preserve one copy of USB Flash Drive, for this machine, with usable software for five years in its own custody and will be liable to provide its USB Flash Drive to PWD in case of necessary at free of cost. |

Tests to be done for assessing the lowest and highest capabilities of the UTM. Various safety aspects (Machine & human/operating personnel) to be demonstrated. Note: Agency will arrange all necessary samples for the trials, demonstration and testing. |
| 9 | Necessary training will have to be arranged by authorized personnel, for the UTM operating staff of RBRI, onsite. This will have to be arranged as per requirement of RBRI. Note: Agency will arrange the entire wherewithal for the training in consultation with RBRI. |
