    Supply For Hub Cutter , Laying And Jointing Pvc Pipe. Heading , Hub Cutter - ( Needle Cutter ) Technical Specification- • The Cutting Blade Of The Cutter Will Be Made Of Stainless • The Thickness Of The Blade Will Not Be Less Than 0.5Mm One Side Sharpen To Cut Minimum Of 10, 000 Cuts. • All Other Metal If Used In The Hub Cutter Will Be Made Of Galvanized Carbon Steel Will With Stand Rusting Even In Rough Weather With High Humidity Coastal Region For A Minimum Of Five Year ( Is 277 Of 2003- Galvanized Steel Sheet Specification ) • The Sharp Container Should Be Made Of Polypropylene ( Pp ) Of Not Less Than 4Mm Thick And Should Be White / Translucent. • Shape: The Shape Of The Container Will Be Such That The Lid Is Tightened With The Body. • Capacity Range: Able To Destroy From Hub Of Ad Syringe With Needles From 18-28 Gauge Diameter And From 10-25 Mm Length And Fitted With All Type Of Needle Fitting. • Resistance Of Piecing: Container Shall Accept 500Cut Needle Along With The Hub When It Is ¾Th Full ( Filling Line ) . Needleshall Not Penetrate Container Walls When Filled Up To The Filling Line. • Temper-Proofing : When Contaminated Needles Are Being Dropped Into Container, It Shall Remain Sufficiently Sealed So As To Prevent A Hand From Entering. Needle Should Not Protrude From The Container When The Box Contains 500 Needles With Hub. • Capacity Of The Container: Have Sufficient Capacity To Hold 500. • Technique: The Device Shall Be Designed To Facilitate The Location And Entry Of The Needles So That The Ad Syringes Is Cut From Hub By Having. • A Non-Critical Angle Of The Needle Relative To The Entry Point. • Handling: Able To Be Carried In One Hand And Portable • Should Be Iso / Ce Certified.
