| 4 | Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment. (2) Precast C.C. kerb stones shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.] |
| 5 | Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge interlocking Cement Concrete paver blocks in foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer"s specifications & directions of the Engineer-in-Charge : 60mm thick Cement Concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. |
| 6 | Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost]. |
| 8 | Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. |
| 9 | Providing & laying Selection No. 1 grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
