1Material and Labour for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any capacity , cleaning, servicing, overhauling to all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, complete replacement of foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pane made out of 16 guage thick GI Sheets duly painted with bituminous paint over interior surface of tray,re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
2Material and Labour for cleaning inside surface of Air supply return/exhaust ducts all grills, dampers & diffusers of HVAC system by using high power vacuum air compressor, robotic camera air hammer, special nozzle, air sweep with other required accessories giving/showing inspection of Dust before and after cleaning of duct completeall as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a)For the purpose of payment floor surface area only will be measured. (b) The tenderer is responsible for any damage/breakage caused at the time of cleaning and the tenderer will repair/replace the same without any extra cost.

57Material and Labourfor repair / overhauling of heavy duty motor 5HP (AHU motor), 440 volts, 50 cycle electrically and mechanically taking it to workshop & back, dismantling the motor carefully replacing U/s bearings gland/gasket packing, U/S terminals, varnishing to windings by varnish and ovening to winding, reassembling electric motor after repairs painting it & refixing it to its original position testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
