8Filling in and around basement and foundation sides with selected Earth brought from outside sources including conveyance by lorry load , filling in layers of not more than 200mm depth, each layer shall be well consolidated including watering and dressing sides etc., all complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer.
9Filling available selected excavatedearth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layer not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m etc., all complete as per specification.
10Providing gravel base 100mm thick (consolidated thickness) including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating etc., all complete as directed.
11Providing Pre-Construction Anti-termite Treatment using Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% with 1 % concentration as detailed below including cost of chemicals, labour and all other incidental charges for entire ground floor area of building and injecting termicide emulsion to the soil in contact with the foundation along the perimeter of both internal and external walls, etc., all as per IS: 6313 (Part-2). 1) Top surface of consolidated earth within plinth walls shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 5 Ltr/Sq.m of the surface before the sand bed or sub-grade is laid. 2) Treatment along the external perimeter and internal perimeter at junction of the wall and the floor of the building shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 7.5 Ltr/Sq.m, to facilitate this holes shall be provided @ 150mm apart upto GL for inner side and upto 300mm below GL for external perimeter. 3) The entire treatment shall be done as per the specifications and instructions of the termicide Manufacturer and as directed by the Department. 4) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of anti termite treatment. 5) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the above anti-termite treatment work.
12Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

19Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, all insitu items like columns, column footings, floor/roof beams and slabs, arches, lintels, sun- shades, Stair-cases, Balcony Hand rails, water tanks, etc. as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 3)The cost towards any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule "F".

23Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending,fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2 etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. ImportantNote: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786-2008.
24Providing, casting, curing, hoisting and placing in position the following thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item but including formwork complete.

26Hydraulic Leak proof testing of RCC Water retaining structure as per IS 6494 - 1988 of following capacity of sumps by filling the structure with potable water slowly at the rate of 300 to 450mm depth per day and results are closely observed, when the full level is reached all valve shall be closed tightly and leakages through walls, pipes, valves etc., may be observed, the drop in water level shall be closely observed after 24, 48 and 72 hours including drain out the water after 72 hours of observation, dampness area if any shall be marked for repairing / grouting with cement slurry or epoxy treatment, re-testing etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer. Note : 1) The cost of grouting shall be borne by the contractor, if any defects noticed during leak test. 2) Water required for carrying out the test shall be arranged by the bidder.

Note: 1)Cost of Door frame shall be paid for separately under relevant item. 2)The width of the frame including lipping shall not be less than 45mm and not more than 75mm.
33Providing vision panel of size 200x150mm with 4mm thick clear glass in wooden flush shutter including making opening for vision panel if necessary and providing glass and TW beading etc., all complete as per drawing and specification.
34Providing and fixing in position aluminium partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers,fixed glazing, sliding windows north light glazing, sliding shutter "E" Channel etc., using heavy duty standard anodized aluminium extruded sections, anodized aluminium sheets as per relevant IS code of "JINDAL" or approved equivalent make including pivots, approved door and window handles, door stopper, EPDM gasket, neoprene gasket lining, stainless steel screw, mastic filling, weather strips, washers, etc., as required and as per drawing etc., all complete at all heights and as directed by the engineer in charge. NOTE:- 1. Payment shall be made on the basis of weight of aluminium members/section fabricated and actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastage no extra payment shall be made for non-aluminium consumable items like screws, gasket, weather strips PVC/Neoprene lining, sliding wheels, in built tower bolt etc., 2. Glazing, particle boards, aluminium grills, mesh etc., will be paid separately under relevant items. 3. All fittings except under Note-1 will be paid separately under relevant item and the fittings shall be of matching colour anodized aluminium sections. 4. The aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required cleat angles at no extra cost. 5. The aluminium section shall be anodized with "MATT FINISH" (15 micron thick finishing and of approved shade/colour with the approval of Architect/Engineer-In-Charge.

41Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS: 4351 manufactured from 1.6mm thick commercial mild steel sheet or Roll formed with Galvanised steel sheets including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including provision for fixing steel butt hinges with mortar guards, lock strike plate and shock absorbers as specified including applying one coat of approved etch primer after pre-treatment of the surface and painting the exposed surfaces with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved make and colour, filling the hollow of door frame and hold fast pocket of size 230x115x150mm with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm downgraded stone aggregate etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Cost of CC 1:2:4 will be paid for separately under relevant item.

43Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone flooring of 20mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat Cement using 20/10mm and below size hard broken stones including cement slurry, consolidation, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specification.
44Providing and laying Kota stone slab in Flooring with 20-25mm thick Kota stone of required size of approved shade and texturelaid over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) and joints treated with grey cement slurry mixed with colour pigments to match the shade of the slab including curing, rubbing and polishing in three levels to obtain mirror polish, waxing to give smooth finish, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. Note:- The Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.
45Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc., consisting of following operations. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg per sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS : 2645 over the R.C.C. slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks / brick bats 25 - 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS : 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After 2 days of proper curing applying a second coat cement slurry using 2.75 Kg/Sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed withwater proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 including laying glass fibre cloth (45gsm) of approved quality in top layer of plaster andfinally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300 x 300 mm square 3mm deep. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in charge.
46Providing and fixing cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel corrugated sheets of 0.47mm base thickness 550Mpa yield stress (ASTM A792m) with coating class AZM 150 (minimum 150 gram/sq.m total mass zinc aluminium coatingof both sides as per relevant standards 0.05 mm total coatedthickness (0.42 mm basematerials)to suit a purlins spacing of 1.5 mtrs c/c with standing beam profile (no penetration of the external root, surface shall be allowed except while longitudinal laps are provided) with comparatible concealed fixing clip fasteners for fixing clips of approved make quality and type including the cost of providing rige gutter etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications.(Note: The sample of Galvalume steel sheet shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before making bulk order)
47Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.
48Supplying, fabricating and fixing Structural Steel workin built up sections for gate, handrailing, trusses and framed work at all lifts comprising square / rectangular / Tubular hollow sections conforming to relevant IS standard of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to required shape for curved profile, hoisting, fixing in position at all lifts, embedding with cement concrete,painting the exposed faces with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions,etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.
49Plastering the ceiling /exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
50Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed.

53Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over plain plaster with Two Coats of premium exterior emulsion paint ofmake Asian (APEX) or other approvedmake and colour over one coat ofprimer ofapproved makeincluding preparation of surfaces,curing, all as per manufacturer"s instructions and department specifications, scaffolding etc., complete at all lifts conforming to IS specifications.
54Painting all internal faces of walls/ plastered surfaces with Two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint ofmake Asian (ACE) or otherapproved shade and make over a coat of approved primer including preparation of surfaces by applying the primer coat, making surface smooth without porous, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per specifications.
55Providing and painting with two component Polyurethane finish paint (PU paint) over Epoxy prime coat of make Asian Paints PPG (Sigmadur and Amerlock) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade and colour over concrete surface, steel surface etc., at all lift including preparing the surface with required degree of surface preparations, remove all dirt/ grease and other foreign materials, remove all chalk and surface glaze or laitance, filling the holes/ joints/ cracks if any, cleaning the surface and washing with sufficient water, applying epoxy primer coating, finishing the surface with top PU coat,etc., all complete as per manufacturers technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1) Prime coat shall be applied using Two component High solids Epoxy coating of make Asian Paints PPG (Amerlock 400) or other approved equivalent make. Top surface shall be finished using Two components Acrylic Polyurethane coating of make Asian Paints PPG (Sigmadur 550) or other approved equivalent make. 2)  The Dry film thickness of 200 micron consists of 150 Micron Epoxy prime coat and 50 micron top finishing PU coat for concrete surface and Dry film thickness of 150 micron consists of 100 Micron Epoxy prime coat and 50 micron top finishing PU coat for steel surface.   3) The contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets, etc., at his own cost for testing film thickness and the work shall be executed with skilled manpower as per manufacturer specifications.

91Operation and maintenance of 1.0 MT capacity Bio gas plant including collection and supply of organic waste to processing room, sorting, mixing and feeding to garbage disposer, feeding to pre-digester unit, stirring and aeration to pre-digester to enhance gas production, seeding main digester with cow dung slurry mixed with hot water, examine the plant for any abnormalities around the plant i.e., leakage of methane gas, overflow of the water outlet, etc., all complete as per operation guidelines of Bio gas plant and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Cost of supply of cow dung and heating arrangement for hot water will be paid for separately under relevant item. 2) The rate quoted shall be for operation and maintenance of biogas plant for 1 day operation.
