3	Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable shaft wiring and providing new shaft wiring in hoist way up to lower limit switch with PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable 0.75 sqmm and 1.5 sqmm for earthing and 6.0 sqmm single core for motor, 1100 volts grade, drawing through in galvanized sheet metal (24G) trunking from machine room to serve ground plus 10 floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assembly limit switch, fireman switch complete suitable for 08 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal building ccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
4	Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly for G+10 floors and supply and fixing new car operating panel Assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non-stop door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop, attend out key etc., with direction indicator with LCD/ LED display with CPI card and 2mm thick stainless steel face plate complete suitable for 8 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
5	Dismantling and taking out unserviceable existing door, its mechanism and supply and fixing complete landing door mechanism, center opening type, with new stainless steel hair line finish door panels, side guards, jamb channels etc for 800 mm clear opening and replacement of existing door plywood 8mm thick with water proof and termite resistant duly painted two coats of enamel paint suitable for 8 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed Komal buildings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
6	Dismantling existing unserviceable VVVF drive and supply, fixing, commission and testing variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) drive, close loop with PGB2 card with multiple micro program chips based link each other in network, thermal over load protection, compatible to new encoder at motor etc of make Yashikawa Japan,11 KW capacity, suitable for 8 Passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
7	Dismantling and taking out unserviceable car door from car cabin supplying and fixing new car door comprise of 02 No VVVF controlled, power operated, center opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick hair line finish flush type panels complete with interlock switches, safety edge with full beam, infra red sensor up to full length of car door, aluminium sill, complete with control connection etc suitable for 08 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
8	Dismantling and taking out of lift main pully, supplying and fixing new main pulley suitable for 08 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor at Komal building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
9	Dismantling and taking out of lift governor and pit pulley set, supplying and fixing new governor and pit pulley setsuitable for 08 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor at Komal building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
10	Dismantling of existing Automatic Rescue Devices (ARD) and supply and fixing ARD system including replacement ofmicroprocessor card, IGBT card, control wires etc including testing suitable for 8 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
11	Material and labour for repair to main drive gear assembly comprising following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Disconnecting and dismantling from installed position, loading/ unloading and transporting to nearest workshop. (ii) Repair/ replacement of worn out gear assembly suitable as per existing. (iii) Repalcement of both side ball bearing with existing size and make SKF. (iv) Replacement of both side oil seals and gear oil of approved make. (v) Replacement of break shoe and liner where required complete.
12	Disconnecting and taking out of old unserviceable steel wire rope after necessary disconnecting in hoist way from counter weight, pulley and car cabin, supply and fixing steel wire rope 13 mm dia heavy duty confirming to relevant IS standards un galvanized 8/19 construction suitable for lift including necessary proper connection suitable for 8 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal buildings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
13	Disconnecting and taking out of old unserviceable steel wire rope after necessary disconnecting from over speed governor supplying and fixing steel wire rope 08mm dia heavy duty confirming to relevant IS standards un galvanized 8/19 construction suitable for lift including necessary proper connection suitable for 8 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal buildings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
14	Disconnecting andtaking out of unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way, supplying and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 12 core with standard copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sqmm conforming to relevant IS specification including thimbles, suspended freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connecting with the way junction and other connection required in existing circuit suitable for 8 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal building complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
15	Disconnecting and taking down old existing button and supply and fixing complete new hall push button with steel box having button for call registration and LCD/ LED Indicators having stainless steel 2.0 mm thick face plates complete suitable for 8 passenger lift to serve G+10 floor installed at Komal buildings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. General Note: The lift will be inspected by lift inspector of state govt and the fees shall be inclusive of rate quoted above. The Spl repair work will be completed after inspection of lift inspector. Lift inspection report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge in original before completion of work.
