2Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
3Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
4Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
6Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
8Material and labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. (inner girth only measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
9Material and labour for brick work using sub class "B" old size bricks laid flat in floors, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 as in drains complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
10Material and labour for brick work using sub class "B" old size bricks laid on edge in floors, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 as in drains complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
11Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer), laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
12Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as incoping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles& similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete including fabrication as directed, including hold fast, locking arrangement, sliding door bolt, stopper etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge
15Material and labour for preparation ofnew steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
16M& Lfor pavement quality concrete (PQC) RMC ( RMC manufacturer approved by GE) with minimum flexural strength of 45 Kg per sqcm with minimum cement contents of 400 Kg/cum in field or as per design mix which ever is higher ( thickness 25cm or less) mixed with and including non circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement as in floor , hard standing/paving/path etc including setting the material by vibrating with using mechanical vibrator and top surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary steel platesform work for sides of slab including demolition of unreinforced PCC in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
17Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8),type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18M&L for 450mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collarscomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
19M&L for 600mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
20Material & labourpre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in pre-cast manhole cover slabs of any thickness, size or shape including all necessary form work , finishing concrete surface fair & even and set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
22Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
23Excavation over areas, exceeding 1.5mtr and not exceeding 3mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
24Excavation over areas, exceeding 3mtr and not exceeding 4.5mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
25Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, sub base of sewage tank & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
26Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas, beams, staircases, landing, fins, facia and similar suspended works complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.)
27Material and labour for 150mm thickcement concrete ( 1:4:8),type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
28Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
29Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
30Material and labour for filling of broken bricks, brick bats, boulders size not less than 80mm and compact the bottom surfaces at required level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
31M& L for applying geo textile filter fabric (3m.x3m.) under the base material in 2 layers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
