Tender For Servicing / Repair Of 250Kva Dg Set At Special Group Sarsawa Under Ge ( Af ) Sarsawa; 1 M&L For Inspection , Servicing And Repair Of Dg Sets With B Check By Authorised Service Engineers Of Manufactureres Of The Following Capacities Including Minor Repairs And Replacement Of Worn Out Spares Such As Fuel Filter, Hose Pipes, Injector Nozzles, Cut Out, Electrical Wiring, Self Starter, Dynamo / Alternator And Tightening Of Nut Bolts, Washers, Tappet Adjustments, Cleaning Of Head Assembly Including And De-Carbonising, Inlet And Exhaust Valves, Grinding Of Valve Seats, Changing Of Lubricating Oil, Etc; Complete Includingtesting On Loadall As Directed.Note - ( I ) Spares Incl E / Oil, Oil Filter, Air Cleaner, Oil Pump Repair Kit, V- Belt, Oil Pipes, Fuel Pipe, Water Pump, Head Gasket Kit Required Shall Be Measured And Paid Seperately Under Respective Items . ( Ii ) Testing Of Dg Sets Up To Working Load Will Be Carried Out After Carrying Out Repairs To The Entire Satisfaction Of The Engr-In- Charge. ( Iii ) All T&P, Manpowerand Transport Required To Carry Out The Work At Site Including Loading , Un-Loading Etc; Will Be Provided By The Contractor. Cost Of The Same Is Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rates. ( Iv ) All Additionalspares, Etc As Required Will Measured And Paid Seperately. 1	M&L for inspection , servicing and repair of DG sets with B check by authorised service engineers of manufactureres of the following capacities including minor repairs and replacement of worn out spares such as fuel filter, hose pipes, injector nozzles, cut out, electrical wiring, self starter, dynamo / alternator and tightening of nut bolts, washers, tappet adjustments, cleaning of head assembly including and de-carbonising,inlet and exhaust valves, grinding of valve seats, changing of lubricating oil, etc; complete includingtesting on loadall as directed. Note - (i)Spares incl E/Oil, oil filter, air cleaner, oil pump repair kit, V- belt, Oil pipes, fuel pipe, water pump, head gasket kit required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items .(ii) Testing of DG sets up to working load will be carried out after carrying out repairs to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-In- Charge. (iii) All T&P, manpowerand transport required to carry out the work at site including loading , un-loading etc; will be provided by the contractor. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) All additionalspares,etc as required will measured and paid seperately. (v) Servicing/Repair shall only be carried out through OEM Greaves cotton.
