1	Repair to pot holes, exceeding 30mm depth, not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30)atthe rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, putting in & including premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg/sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
2	Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30)atthe rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surfacelaying bituminouspremix asphaltic semi dense concrete of30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 %binder content of viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates.
3	Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
4	Note for item No. 2 to 3: (a) Contractor mustspecifically take into account provision ofNote 35 of Sch "A"Notes and clause 4.1.5.1 of particular specificationsin addition to other terms and condition of the tender before quoting the BOQ. (b) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.
5	Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description not exc 10cm width/girth and not less than 2.50 mm thickness on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
6	Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or aboveground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
7	Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
8	Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size /shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using platevibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
9	75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
10	M&L Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 Type-B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, and the like including necessary formwork,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.
11	Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever requiredcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
12	Applying two coats synthetic enamel paint on plastered/ concrete / kerb stones and similar articles as required at site over and including one coat of primer exceeding 10cmwide or girth incl including preparation of surfaces,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13	Supply and fixing solar road stud having 3 LED of colour red/yellow/blue/green to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125 mm of height of 20 mm with built in stem nail 37x37x55 mm long for fixing with epoxy with & including LED solar cells battery and light sensor well protected inside under tough un-breakeable polycorbonate sheet roofsystem worakable for 3-4 (nights) after full chaerge in 8-10 hrs by hammering, including necessary digging or taking out old/damage items and making good complete all as specified
14	Supply and fixing dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100 x 100 mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow one side provided with zinc plated nail of 12 mm dia and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering, including necessary digging or taking out old/damage items and making good complete all as specified
