SMGS Hospital, Jammu by way of dismounting of blower of AHU, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening and providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe and its alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital. The job also includes reassembling /mounting and testing. The jobincludes providing and fitting of heating strips of 3 KW-07 no’s, heavy duty 32 ampere contactor – 02 no, Fan belts-02 No. and TPN 32 – 02 no’s, rewinding of blower motor complete-01 no. and internal wiring replacement. The job also includes complete servicing of AHU by way of proper washing / cleaning of evaporator coil to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing of air filters. The job also involves repair/servicing of 30 KVA Automatic Voltage Servo of Modular OT Unit installed at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing cable connections thereby making the bypass arrangement and dismantling of servo by unfastening nut bolts of top cover there by extracting out the coils along with core by mean of chain pulley block and tripod stand and removing of damaged/worn-out parts and providing and fitting of repair/replacement of dimmer coil assy.-02 no., display controlling cards- 02 nos., and phase indicators set. lubrication of all the gear of servo motor, servicing of oil chamber by checking of leakage and plugging if any by way of welding and applying adhesive to make it to leak proof. Assembling of stabilizer, filling of fresh servo oil-50 litre up to required level and topping up with reprocessing/de-hydrated old servo-oil so that all coils were fully immersed in the oil then making connection of voltage stabilizer input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes 06 nos of thimbling to end terminal by crimping process. Job also includes providing and fitting of 160 AmpMCCBby means of making provision for on/off supply for thewhole system so that the work in future canbe done without shutdown. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the winter season of 2023-24. |
