SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: i) Blower servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing on full load. – 1 job ii) Supplying, fitting, testing and commissioning of new blower assembly in place damaged/wornout blower assembly conforming to amca standards and ratings and relevant IS codes and standards along with allied works as per site requirement. The jobs also involve providing and fitting of LED Tube light- 1 no for lighting of the machine room along with allied works as per site requirement. – 02 jobs iii) Complete servicing of Indoorunit using chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. – 03 jobs iv) Providing and Fitting of Heating sensors – 02 nos v) Providing and Fitting of Controller card – 01 no. vi) Providing and Fitting of heavy duty 45 ampere contactor – 02 nos. vii) Providing and Fitting of TPN – 03 nos. viii) Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity – 10 nos. ix) Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing – 02 jobs Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the winter season of 2023-24. |

SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: i) Complete servicing of Indoor unit using chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters – 02 jobs ii) Providing and Fitting of Heating sensors – 02 set iii) Providing and Fitting of heavy duty 32 ampere contactor – 02 nos iv) Providing and Fitting of TPN -02 nos v) Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity – 08 nos vi)Repair/Servicing of01 no. 30 KVA Automatic Voltage Servo Stabilizer having input range 290-460 volts by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing cable connections, Dragging out the stabilizer by means oftools and tackles. Dismantling of servo by unfastening nut bolts of top cover and removing of damaged/worn-out parts and providing and fitting of synchronising motor-02 nos., control circuit-02 nos., motor gear 02nos., torque Gear-02 nos. including lubrication of all the gears of all the servo motors. Assembling of Servo stabilizer and testing on full load and then making connection of Servo voltage stabilizer input and output side by connecting the cables. – 01 job Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the winter season of 2023-24. |
