With Bull Gear Msu &Batteries), 1) Chasis, Superstructure,Boggy Frame With Accessories (Excluding Wheel & Acle Assly. With Bull Gear & Batteries [2] Purchaser To Inspect The Lot Before Bidding. (3) Delivery Will Be Given In Nos. (4) Cutting Allowed. (5) Cutting And Loading Will Be Done By Purchasers By Their Own Arrangement. (6) All Precautions Are To Be Taken By The Purchaser For Cutting, Dismantling Etc. Without Damaging Railway Truck And Other Railway Assets. If Any Damage Of Railway Assets Will Occur Due To The Fault Of Purchaser While Cutting & Dismantling Then Purchaser Will Deposit The Cost Of Restoration Of Damage Asset As Asses By The Concern Authority Of The Railway Administration. [7] No Refund Claim Will Be Entertained Afterward. [8] The Lot Is To Be Sold In As Is Where Is Basis. [9] Any Oil Found In The Said Loco Shall Be Handed Over To The Custodian.
