1Providing and Laying of 25 mm thick Antistatic Bitumastic flooring confirming to IS 8374-1977 for specifications and IS 1196-1973 for laying of Bitumastic Flooring and having Material as below: i) Bitumin (90/15 or 75/15 grade): 13% to 15% ii) Carbon Black of conductive grade like graphite : 5% to 7% iii) Stone Dust Clean: 30% iv) Stone Grit(max. 8 mm) : 20% v) Limestone dust( 80 to 90% Calcium) : 30%
2Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in widthas well as 10 sqm on plan) including taking out and disposal of excavated earth within or outside site to unobjectionable place and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Extra for levelling & neatly dressing of disposed soil completely to be paid separately as per item no. MPLCN00600

4Providing & laying factory made Grey / coloured pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of specified grade made by block making machine wih strong vibratory compaction & of approved size and design / shape, shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL"s specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength as per IS 15658, maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881 maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 3mm on length @ width and +/- 3 mm on thickness. The job includes supplying and laying a layer of 50 mm thick clean coarse sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand, compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete.

6Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia GI wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge using hot dipped galvanised wire of 4mm dia (The rate for civil works for excavation, brick masonry, PCC shall be paid separately)
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level:

9Supplying and filling in plinth with sand within specified grading zone of fine aggregates specified in table 3.1, clause 3.1.3 of attached specifications under floors, etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, each deposited layer to be compacted by ramming including watering, consolidating and dressing complete.

19Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, madeof required size M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length,jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS 4454 Part-I & M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters:- 80x1.25mm MS laths with1.25 mm thick top cover
20Providing and laying cement plaster on surfaces with fine sand including curing etc.
2112 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
22Surface dressing on old surface with hot bitumen of grade VG-10 of approved quality using 1.95 kg of bitumen per sqm. with 1.50 cum of stone chippings 11.2 mm nominal size per 100 sqm of road surface including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 8 tonne capacity, etc. complete.
23Providing and laying seal coat over prepared surface of road with bitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set spraying using 98 kg of bitumen of gradeVG-10 and blinding surface with 0.90 cum of stone aggregate of 6.7 mm size (Passing 11.2mm sieve and retained on 2.36mm sieve) per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with power road roller all complete.
24A.Uplifting the pipeline with the help of a jack: In order to lift the pipeline without distorting the main and branch distribution lines, use a jack or a suitable lifting mechanism. Ensuring that it is positioned securely and evenly distributed to avoid any damage or distortion to the distribution lines.
25B.Dismantling & Clearing existing damaged point support: Removal ofexisting damaged point support by disconnecting it from the hydrant line and LPG pipeline.
26C.Installation of new point support with Solid Pipe Rod of 25mm: Prepare a new point support using a mild steel (MS) 25 mm Solid Pipe Rode.
27D.Point support concrete work: Fixing of Solid Pipe Rod in concrete mixture using the proportions of 1: 2: 4 (PCC). The concrete mixture around the base of the rod pipe to create a solid foundation and secure the point support.
28E. Plaster work and painting: Plastering the area around the point support to create a smooth and even surface. Applying a coat of white cement paint to the full support to provide protection and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
29F.Alternate side support: To ensure stability and prevent any lateral movement, install a solid bar as an alternate side support. The solid bar should be securely fixed to the structure and positioned in a way that provides additional support to the hydrant line and LPG pipeline. Paint the solid bar to protect it from corrosion and enhance its visual appeal.
