FABRICATION.ERECTION. INSTALLATION & TESTING OF ABOVE GROUND AND UNDER GROUND PIPING: Performing all above ground/fabrication works including cutting, edge preparation (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipes, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the matching edges of uneven/different thickness wherever required),fit up, bending, pre-heating wherever required, welding, threading etc,; erection of pipes of all types and thickness at all elevations; hook-up with existing pipe header/ equipment nozzles wherever required; Erection welding and testing of pipe fittings of all sizes i.e. LR bends, elbows, reducers, tees, \"o\" lets, half coupling flanges, blind flanges, spectacle blinds, hoses and hose couplings of all sizes, if applicable, vents and drains required for process and hydro testing purposes etc. including fixing of all types of gaskets(including gaskets for RTJ flanges),bolts, studs and nuts of all sizes; fabrication of strainers of sizes up to 2\", carrying out liquid penetration test etc. as required cleaning and flushing by water/compressed air, carrying out hydro- test, dewatering, drying by compressed air if applicable & final boxup, completing all works in all respects as per the AFC drawings, specifications, standards and provisions of Contract and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
