1.1 Feedwater tankfor cold make-up water and condensate return, for providing a reserve of water to cover the interruption of make-up water supply. Specifications for the quality of the feed water: Maximium limits of Turbidity : 1 NTU and Silt Density Index (SDI) : 4.231.2 Feed Pump for supplying the RO system with untreated water, low-pressure pumpto provide the primary influx of water from the source.1.3 Sand Filter for removal of suspended materials, as well as floating and sinkable particles. 1.4 Activated Carbon Filter for effectively removing chlorine and other impurities. 1.5 Dosing Pump for sucking a predetermined amount of liquid into the pump chamber and adding the liquid to the process. 1.6 Precision filter/Surface filter for distributing the impurity particles removed from the on the surface of the filter medium.1.7High-pressure pump for boosting the pressure of the feed water to the required levels for efficient RO membrane operation. 1.8 RO System ( Storage tank) to hold reverse osmosis water.1.9 COMMISSIONING & TRIAL RUN OF PLANT FOR THREE MONTHS including all oil,lubricants,spares, skilled & unskilled staff,testing and certification of equipment performance,assistance for preparation of O & M manuals and training of the KCB.
