    Tender For Interior Work For Exercise Physiology Laboratory -1. Front Door – 8Ft x 5Ft (3Ft x 5Ft – UV Board), (4Ft x 5Ft – Black Cooling Glass),Automatic Hydraulic Adjustable Double Speed Aluminium Door 2. Waiting Area – Cabins with Aluminium Frames and MDF Partition (8Ft x 4Ft)- 2 Nos. Front Curtain – (8ft x 4 ft) – 2 Nos. 3. Gypsum Ceiling – Providing and fixing Gypsum False Ceiling – using GI perimeter channels, Ceiling section expert, Screws, L angles, Intermediate channels, cleat and steel expansion fasteners, and 12mm thick Gypsum board, etc as per manufactures specifications. All joints finished with fiber tape and jointing compound, smooth finish, rates inclusive of all materials, labor, cutouts for lights, air conditioner, grill, etc. complete. (475 Sq Ft). 4. Painting - Supplying, providing & applying of one coat each putty, primer, and Plastic emulsion paint of approved quality wherever it is required applied with an oil-based primer coat after rubbing with sandpaper onto the existing surface, the surface shall be smoothened using putty of ISI quality as per the instructions of architect, including bringing the uneven surfaces to a true level of plumb line, sandpapering, scaffolding etc. (818Sq Ft) 5. Electrical Work – 40A pole ELCB-1nos, 20A MCB-2nos, 16A-MCB-1 nos, 10A-MCB-1nos, 1.5 Green- 1 coil, 4m surface box-1 nos, 1 way switch-1 nos, 6A socket-1 nos, 2way switch-2 nos, Insulation tap-2 nos, 6. Zebra blinds for 6 - windows (5ft x 5ft) 7. Wooden green panel flooring(8mm) - (475 Sq Ft) 8. 4 - MDF table with drawer, partition, and wheels (4ft x 3ft) 9. 2 – student chair with adjustable writing pad.
