1Providing and laying of German Hangar pandal made of toughened aluminum alloy casted into sections joint together to form a V shape structure with specially designed 3 layered weather/waterproof PVC fabric of white color which are fire retarted and heat proof tightened by industrial ratchets etc. complete on Rent as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The Layout of tent should be made in accordance withseating arrangement for VVIP"s and other VIP"s as per approved plan along with sufficient no.s of toilets. The outer side of the pandal to be masked with satin cloth /fency fabric for good asthetics.
2Providing and Fixing Swiss Cottages made of toughened aluminum alloy casted into sections joint together to form a V shape structure with specially designed 3 layered weather/waterproof PVC fabric of white color which are fire retarted and heat proof tightened by industrial ratchets etc.for VVIP Comprises ofHon"ble PM/CM/Governor cottages with PMO/CMO/Administrative Office/Kitchen/Medical room etc,as perprotocol all complete on Rent of required size with a provision of attached VIP toilet with the same tent. The wall of the lounge shall also be covered with decorated satin cloth. Provision of seating arrangement with well decorated cushioned sofa and table shall also be made inside the tent. The entire floor area of lounge also covered with carpet. measurements will be made based on inside covered Area of Swiss cottages.
3Providing and Fixing German PAGODA made of toughened aluminum alloy casted into sections joint together to form a V shape structure with specially designedlayered weather/waterproof PVC fabric of white color which are fire retarted and heat proof tightened by industrial ratchets etc on Rent ,having size of minimum 16 ftx16 ft (minimum) for VVIP dignatries with a provision of attached VIP toilet with the same tent. The wall of the lounge shall also be covered with decorated satin cloth. Provision of seating arrangement with well decorated cushioned sofa and table shall also be made inside the tent. The entire floor area of lounge also covered with carpet. Note:- Area more than 250 sq feet or their part off shall be measured as one unit.
4Construction of professional stage ofrequired size and sufficient height on Rent. The stage shall have dias alongwith Two Podiums and lighting lamp on the stage. Lamp to be arranged on dias with wicks,oil, camphor, candles, match box and tray. The stage should be covered with satin cloth having frill on all sides. The stage to be provided with suitable stairs with hand grips on two sides. The stage to have barricading for minimum 35 Feet with SS railing and subsequent barricading as per requirement inside for proper segregation.
5Providing Media Stage size (12 ft. x 20 ft. )all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
6Balli Barricadding inside/ outside Pandal of 4 feet height as per arrangements of Security and Seating Plan andas per complete satisfaction of E-I-C.
7Mojo Barricadding inside/outside Pandalwith self standing wherever required for segregation of area to be provided as per requirement as per complete satisfaction of E-I-C.
8Providing and Erecting of View cutter wall with the help of good Quality cloth and back support wherever required at all heights as per requirement with White/multicolor Cloths of diff sizes as per satisfaction of EIC.
9Providing and Erecting Passage for Hon"ble Prime Minister Entry i/c Drapes onTruss/Light Poles and Mattingas per satisfaction of EIC.Only Carpet Area to be measured for Payment.
10Providing and Fixing of High Long Multicolor Flag with 2.5 inch pole height 15 ft .It should be Good Quality Satin/Silk cloth with Proper painted Poles in align with theme décor with various locations.Distance between two Flags will be as per Direction EIC.
11Providing and making seating arrangement in side the pandal with following items.a) Cushioned High back Chairs with White cloth & White Towel for VVIP"s on Stage .
12Providing and making seating arrangement in side the pandal with following items.a) Cushioned/Dunlop two seater sofa covered with White cloth for VVIP"s .
13Providing and making seating arrangement in side the pandal with following items.a) Cushioned chairs covered with white cloth for VIP"s.
14Providing and making seating arrangement in side the pandal with following items.a) Moulded PVC chairs for public audience.
15Providing Center Table for Stage and VIP seating area all complete as per direction of E.I.C.
16Providing and laying good quality structurally safe raised wooden platform inside tentage or wherever required in order to provide stablility on ground of tentage area.
17Providing and laying with good quality Non Polymer Carpetfor entrancesor wherever required.
18Providing and laying with good quality one Time Polymer Carpeton entire floor area & entrancesor wherever required.
19Provision of Rangoli of min size 4ftx4ft and above at various locations inside/outside terminal building as per requirement of EIC.
20Provision of Balloons decoration at various locations inside/outside terminal building/pandal area etc as per requirement of EIC .
21Provision of sufficient air conditioning for proper human comfort, lighting inside the tentage. Arrangements of AC"sand fuctioning including wiring arrangements under supervision of qualified electrician. Note:-Requirement depends on Weather/Season hence Confirmation from EIC is mandatory in advance.a)Air Conditioning Towers
22Provision of sufficient Desert Coolersfor proper human comfort, lighting inside the tentage. Arrangements of Desert Coolersand fuctioning including wiring arrangements under supervision of qualified electrician. Note:-Requirement depends on Weather/Season hence Confirmation from EIC is mandatory in advance.a) Desert Coolers
23Provision of sufficient Pedestal Misty Fans(Noiseless) for proper human comfort, lighting inside the tentage. Arrangements of Pedestal fansand fuctioning including wiring arrangements under supervision of qualified electrician. Note:-Requirement depends on Weather/Season hence Confirmation from EIC is mandatory in advance.a) Pedestal Misty fans
24Providing enclosure for Dining area and kitchen area for the refreshment/lunch of guests by providing satin cloth masking alround the enclosure with proper gate and to be pleasantly decorated along with required nos. of dining table and chairs as proposed by vendor and approved by EIC. The dining area to be divided into two parts, one part for VVIP"s and another for invities. The size of encloser should be sufficient to accomodate to the VVIP"s. Sufficient no.s of buffet table shall be arranged inside the dining area. The total floor of dining area also be properly carpeted.
25Providing and fixing high contrast LED projection live displaysize of 30 Feet X 10 Feet to be fixed behind the dias over suitable supported structure.
26Providing and fixing of outdoor high contrast LED projection live display for better vision to audience outside pandal area(size 8ft. x 6ft.)complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
27Providing and fixing of LED Tv"s of 52 Inches for live display for better vision to audience at pandal area and inside Terminal Buildingcomplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
28Providing and Fixing Sufficient number of flex signages (min 12Ft x10 Ft-10 Nos) in pandal/outside of appropriate size and fixing arrangements / standees (min 6ftx3 ft-20Nos)for seating, entry, exit, Press, VIP"s, Invities, Parking,toilets etc to be fixed and placed at appropriate locations in order to avoid confusion.
29Installation of two nos. of video cameras for live coverage and sufficient nos. of digital still cameras (minimum 2 nos.) to cover the entire function and related event. 4 nos. Pendrive (having sufficient storage for video and photos) and 200 nos. of still photos of size 5 inch X 7 inch (as selected) along with hard copy on good quality paper in 4 Nos. of album of NATRAJ or equivalent make to be provided.
30Provision of professional sound system with adequate nos. of gooseneck mikes (2 to 4 nos.) 6 to 8 corded mikes and 3 cordless mikes etc. The sound dipersal to be uniform and clean without any distortion Echo, Resonance inside the tentage to be provided on VVIP stage and electronic media stage, horn speakers throughout the pandal, transformers with cabling. earthing etc with emergency battery backup complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
31Providing 1 Nos. Black Granite inauguration stone of size 750 mm x 1200 mm X 20 mm size (engraved with the Plaque material inHindi & English Languages) to be placed side by side and mounted on a single stable wooden frame fixed with brick pattern laminate on all the sides giving look of a wall and capable of holding the curtain rod unfurling. The size of adequate pedestal to be not less than 2.25mtr. long and 1.80 mtr. height.Arrangement for Inauguration from Remote should be included in this Item.
32Providing the accessories i.e. 8 /10 nos. name plate for dignitaries on Dias, 35 nos. Folders for VVIP"s and 100 nos. folders for media with note pad. & Pen etc.Provision of badges/Passes for Access to Controlled Area,to be distributed to Organising team as per requirement of EIC.
33Light Arrangment for whole program from start to completition.Provision of sufficient no. of silent DG sets along with sufficient no. of standby DG"s to fed all Lightings, AC"s, Music/PA system, LED etc. inside tentage or wherever required. The DG"s sets shall be operated by trained operator. The requirement of fuel to operate shall also be provided by the agency. The no.s of DG"s should satisfy the minimum criteria(25 KVS-2nos/63 KVS-2 Nos/125 KVs-2 Nos) as per site requirement.
34Providing professional Anchor / Compere along with supporting staff for management of the entire inaugural function, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Control room with CCTV cameras to be establised i/c arragement/Liaison for performance by state GovtArtists.)
35Provision of Catering which includes dinning andbuffet arrangement for VVIP"s and VIP"salong with tea and coffee arrangementfor VVIP"s and VIP"sall complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
36Provision of Catering which includestakeaway packets for attendiesall complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
37Providing drinking water arrangement, serving by deploying trained personnels and maintaining decorumcomplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Water bottle 1000 ml 200 nos., water bottle 500 ml 250 nos., water bottle 250 ml 1,500 nos. and water jar 20 ltr 100 nos. with dispenser base along with suitable number of glass and stand / table.
38Providing dustbins ensuring proper cleaning and garbage disposal time to time from Tentage and other areas by deploying required manpower and material, i/c room freshner, napkin, hand towel for dignitories Lounges all complete as per satisfaction of EIC .
39Provision of mobile toilet cubicals including two nos. for Divyangjan person. Toilet should be furnished with wash basin with good looking mirror. The toilet should be neat and clean and maintained hygenically during entire period of function. Adequate water supply including necessary toiletries shall also be ensured by the agency. Air freshner and nepthaline ball inside toilet shall be also be provided by the agency. The toilet shall be located at designated place in consultation with EIC.
40Complete fire fighting arrangement for main pandal and surrounding area with manpower i/c obtaining of necessary fire clearance from statuary authoritycomplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
