The wall of the lounge shall also be covered with decorated satin cloth. Provision of seating arrangement with well decorated cushioned sofa and table shall also be made inside the tent. The stage to be provided with suitable stairs with hand grips on two sides. The stage to have barricading for minimum 35 Feet with SS railing and subsequent barricading as per requirement inside for proper segregation. |

| 39 | Provision of mobile toilet cubicals including two nos. for Divyangjan person. Toilet should be furnished with wash basin with good looking mirror. The toilet should be neat and clean and maintained hygenically during entire period of function. Adequate water supply including necessary toiletries shall also be ensured by the agency. Air freshner and nepthaline ball inside toilet shall be also be provided by the agency. The toilet shall be located at designated place in consultation with EIC. |
