5Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.
6Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)
7Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below
8ACOUSTICAL WOODEN DOORS Providing and fixing Fully Insulated Acoustic Wooden Fire door at all levels, excluding the cost door framewooden shutter must be 77mm thickness finished with commercial ply on both faces. The shutter may be provided with 6mm thick commercial ply on both faces which may be pasted with 1mm thick laminate and both these items may be replaced with teak veneer. Laminate and veneer payable in extra item. The composite thickness of the core insulation with be 65mm thick consists of Calcium Silicate boards and treated Rock wool Insulation material. The shutter should be provided with heat activated intumescent fire seal strip of size 20mm x 4mm mounted in the suitable grooves all three sides except bottom provided on Exposed wooden lipping. Door shutter provided with commercial ply on both faces with 1mm thick regular SF grade factory pasted Laminate on both faces and Main frame made out of hardwood frame. Acoustic Seal Set ffr Double / Single Leaf Door :- A) Perimeter seal is 1212 of Becker Fire Solutions make for frame, B) Mortise Type Drop Down Seal- RP8Si o Raven/ Becker Fire Solutions make, C) Astragal seal for meeting point of Double Leaf Door RP16Si of Raven/Becker Fire Solution make. Supply & fixing of SS Ball Bearing Hinges of size 100 x 89 x 3mm complete with SS Screws (4 Nos per panel) Supply & fixing of anchor fastners of M10x160mm length. Supply & fixing of door closers. Supply and filling the gap between wall & Door frame by using silicon sealant and Wool insulation of both side of the door. Supply & fixing of Stainless Flush Bolt 300mm Long for Double leaf door of height upto 2100mm. Supply & fixing of Mortise Dead Lock.
9ACOUSTICAL WOODEN PANELLINGProviding and fixing wooden grooved panel having system NRC up to 0.88 with lineal perforation. The high grade HDDMR panels shall be melamine laminate of size 2400mm x 128mm x 16mm with 4mm groove at 28mm pitch, Tongue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having density of 800kg/m3 (base panel confirming to IS 12406 and laminated panel confirming to IS 14587). The back of the panels are perforated with a nonwoven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing sound absorption via the acoustic impedance method. Panel is fixed by using GI framework 2400mm xx50mm x 0.50 spaced at 600mm x 600 c/c & 12 mm ply framework spaced at 400mm centers with suitable brackets and the system is backline with 50mm Rockwool insulation @48kg density and along with all accessories example : chicken mesh and all.
10Providing & fixing 25 mm thick wood wool acoustic tile of size 600 x 1200 mm / 600mm x 600mm of approved shade, tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 1.00, with Fire Rating as per BS476 (Part 6 & 7) in module size of 595 X 595 X 15 mm@ 400kg/m3 density. Tile would be backed with 50mm insulation@48kg density to achieve desired level of acoustic. The grid should be 24 mm wide T sections i.e. the Main Runner 3000mm in web height of 38 mm, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees in web height of 26mm. Installation to comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soft using suspension system at 1200mm maximum centre. The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by ftting 600mm long fush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees.Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centres and as per the drawing and the work complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer in-charge. All accessories consisting of HLC Sleeve Fasteners of thread size 6.5mm x 25/5 with Sofit Cleat made of Galvanized steel of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm and Level Clip in dimensions of 85x30x0.8mm with 4.00 mm GI wire.
11Providing & fixing 8 mm thick ( ±5%) wall to wall hand wooven cut pile carpet having pile contents 100% acrylic (Moth proof) , pile weight approx. 900 gms/Sqm, count of pile yarn 2 ply, primary backing Polyster / Jute, secondry backingJute Action backing, Anchor coat Latex compound including 8 mm thick underlay of foam complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction Engineer Incharge.
