13	Material & labour for construction of valve pit chamber in stone masonry built in CM (1:6) of size 1200mm x 1200mm x1200mm (internal dimension) with precast cement concrete block of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on internal and exposed external surfaces including 50 x 50 x 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame and 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement and 1No. 50mm size 4 lever lock with triplicate keys including painting to steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old valve pit chember complete all as specified and directed.
