SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: i) complete servicing of packaged unit by way of proper washing / cleaning of 2 no. blowers to remove unwanted dust, providing and fitting of 2 no’s bearings as per sample. – 02 jobs ii) Supplying/providing and fitting of LED Tube light- 1 no for proper lighting of the machine room along with allied works as per site requirement. – 1 job iii) Providing and Fitting of Thermostat – 02 nos iv) Providing and Fitting of heavy duty 45 ampere contactor – 02 nos. v) Providing and Fitting of TPN – 03 nos vi) Providing and fitting of controller card with remote -02 nos vii) Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity -10 nos viii) Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing -2 nos ix) Providing and fitting of V belts -02 nos Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the winter season of 2023-24. |

SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: i) Blower servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 02 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing. – 01 job ii) Supplying, fitting, testing and commissioning of new blower assembly in place damaged/wornout blower assembly conforming to amca standards and ratings and relevant IS codes and standardsalong with allied works as per site requirement. – 01 job iii) Complete servicing of AHU unit using chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. – 01 job iv) Providing and Fitting of Thermostat – 1 no v) Providing and Fitting of heavy duty 45 ampere contactor – 02 nos vi) Providing and Fitting of TPN – 02 nos vii) Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity -12 nos. viii) Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing – 01 job ix) Providing and fitting of V belts- 02 nos Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the winter season of 2023-24. |
