236	95) Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.
237	96) Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:
238	a) Two or more coats on new work.
239	97) Providing and fixing 100 mm vertical venetian blinds of approved shade, colour, dust guard treated fabric along with all hardware etc., as per manufacturer"s specifications etc., of VISTA LEVELOR make or equivalent all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge (outer to outer area will be measured for payment. Deduction will be made for opeinings of area exceeding 0.20Sqm)
240	98) Fixing anodized aluminum partitions and doors with available materials after making required sections as per the drawing for powder coated aluminum sections , particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading) including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight , mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
241	99) Dismantling anodized aluminium partitons, doors and other frames including proper numbering, laoding and unloading and placing at the required place in the building as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .( The rate includes the rectifying the damages made in the floors/masonry and concrete surfaces as directed by the Engineer-in-charge)
242	100) Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
