(b) A set of heavy duty, capacitor, type MPPH, 440 volts, box type,with output 40 KVAR capacity, capacitor bank in 6 steps of 40 (5+5+5+5+10+10) KVAR in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups. (c)MCB"s TP, "C" series, 415 volts, of required sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of capacitors . |
| 3 | Micro processor based control suitable for power factor correction relay with its unique features of fire retardent operation automatic C/K ratio selection.The APFC controller should ON/OFF the capacitor banksof 40 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in 6 steps of 40 (5+5+5+5+10+10) KVAR in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups with indication whether it is lagging or leading. (e) Thyristor switches shall be provided for connecting /disconnecting the capacitor banks to the bus bar. (f) The APFC panel provided with two terminal and it is connected through GI strip 32 x 6mm size to existing transformer earthing/panel earthing all as specified and directed. |

| 7 | Supply of "Earthing sets" comprising of 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long Earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper bonding & 1 bag of Eco-safe Based environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco Safe Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 15.5 D of IEEE : 80 standard.Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction, size of bore not less than 80mm dia, 12 feet deep, complete all as specified and directed. Back-fill compound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground.Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC : 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including PVC earth pit cover. |
| 8 | Supply & fix test link with FRB junction box in order to disconnect the earth termination system for enabling measurements and to connect Round Conductor to Flat to meet the requirement ofIS/IEC - 62305 complete all as specified and as directed. |
