4BA Clinker grinder overhauling (Dismantling of crusher, checking/replacement of shaft, cam segments, sleeve, bearings, wear plates, sprocket etc.)and/or replacement of complete assembly of clinker grinder
5BA Clinker Grinder gear box & fluid coupling checking, oil replacement/bearing replacement. Alignment of motor to gear box to clinker grinder. Gear box/Fluid coupling replacement if necessary.
6BA Jet Pulsion pumps overhauling including checking/replacement of nozzle tip, nozzle plate, wear piece intermediate, throat increaser.
7BA hopper four side trough seal nozzle checking, welding of nozzle pipe.Seal trough cleaning & water flushing.
8BA clinker grinder feed sump checking, Repairing/replacement, welding, painting and refitting.
9BA hopper all wall jetting nozzle checking/replacement.
10Checking of BA area KGV, then servicing/replacement if required.
11Checking & servicing/replacement of Water line valves (Gate, Globe and Plug) at BA area.
12Refractory work inside BA hopper with Supply of refractory, fire crete special castable recommended service temp. 1350 deg C, refractoriness (min) 1450 deg C, dry density (kg/m3) 2250, cold crushing strength (kg/cm2) 400(at 110 deg C) and 300 (at 1350 deg C), Pack size 50 kg with supply of anchor fasteners(if required) & wire mesh
13Refractory cooling header(100NB,SS316) And cooling water supply pipe(25 NB, SS 316)checking, fabrication & replacement
14Checking and replacement of coupling gasket along with replacement of fittings (elbow, lateral etc.) for 250NB BA Slurry pipeline below BAH area
15Replacement of 250NB BA Slurry pipeline near BA Hopper area (3 nos. pipelines)
16Checking and Servicing/Replacement of Economizer hopper KGV
17Checking/replacement if required of drop pipe below each eco hopper & Fabrication & erection of adaptor below each Economizer hopper

51Fabrication & Erection of Platforms & walkway with hand rail at different areas at AHP, STG-2 (i)Walk-way with hand rail through Common Eco hopper discharge header for U#4. (ii)Platform with hand rail at HP water supply line isolation valve to Eco hoppers (U#4) (iii) Platform with handrail at each BA Hopper feed gate power cylinder (total- 6 nos) for maintenance purpose (iv) Platform with handrail at different location as requitedat FAE Tower – 4A & 4B vertical Fly ash vacuum conveying line for coupling/pipe maintenance purpose (v)Vacuum pump silencer body repairing/refurbishment work (10 nos. silencer)
