M & L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweepingfree from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges, at least 25mm in depth and making goodby applying tack coat using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 9.8 Kg Per Ten Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply ofpremixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified anddirected.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix completerolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG -10 at the rate of 5 Kgs per 10 square metre of existing road surface laying bituminous pre-mix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG 30mixed in hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows on road pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair road studs high density reflective lens ABS plastic body yellow coloured 90mm X 100mm X17mm fixed with nails and adhesive make 3m 290 series or equivalent complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminium shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm X125mm X25mm, (Shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeble battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd complete as per manfactures instructions etc all as specified and directed.
