[Note: - In case the results of the borehole/ strata are found un-satisfactory & the tubewell is not likely to yield the specified quantity of water, the site will be abondoned and no other items shall be executed]
2	M & L for reaming of bore developed at Ser No 1 above of size not less than 400 mm dia suitable for 200mm dia housing pipe up to 40 Meter depth below ground level & for 150 mm housing pipe for depth from 40 Meter BGL to 150 Meter deep BGL. The drilling of bore shall be done by combination rig (Direct/ Reverse rotary circulation method) by deploying suitable machinery of suitable size & different cutters through any kind of soil boulders,rocks etc including all arrangement for circulation of water using bentonite or silly clay(Quantity/Content mixed as per manufacturer recommendation or as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per site or soil conditionincluding disposal of spoil from the site n. exc 1 KM and site clearance complete all as specified & directed. 3	All as per Ser Item No 2 above but suitable for 150mm dia housing pipe from 40 Mtr below ground level to 150 Mtr deep below ground level.
4	Shifting of T&P to site and back for and including Electric logging for exact selection of strata/ aquifier level and precise delineation of granular zones & also the quality of ground water including report interpretation as per IS:2800 (Part-II) complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- (i) Electrical logging shall be carried out by any approved Govt approved Agency. (ii) No payment of casing pipes/ slotted pipes/ column pipes shall be made before electric logging test]
5	Supply and packing pea gravel river washed of sutible size i.e. 8 mm to 4 mm as per IS around the housing/assembly & slotted pipe of bore well complete all as specified and as directed (for works involving rotary rig boring). [Note: Measurement of pea gravel shall be taken in measuring box at site & the same shall be recorded in MB duly signed by Engr-In-Charge before packing surrounding the tube well assembly. From the total volume 10 % (Ten Percent) of the volume shall be deducted & net volume thereafter worked out for the purpose of the payment.]
6	Supply, assembling, jointing, welding and lowering 3.00 mtr long, bail plug made by 150 mm diameter ERW pipe and one end closed by 6 mm thick MS plate welded and fixing in position (including necessary cleaning internal and external and painting inside of pipes with two coats with black paint suitable for drinking purpose) and fixed at bottom of casing pipe plain ended, jointed by suitable size socket with full welding complete surrounding the pipes in both ends to made leakproof complete all as specified & directed.
7	Supply, assembling, jointing, welding and lowering vertically ERW MS casing pipe 200mm dia of wall thickness 8.00 mm as per IS-4270/3589 and fixing in position (including necessary cleaning internal and external surfaces and painting inside and outside of pipes with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminious paint suitable for drinking purpose in different depth as directed, screwed, socketed, jointing with heavy duty suitable size collar (stiffeners) and necesary electric arc welding conforming to IS-358/.1991 surrounding the entire circumference of pipe with 04 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 40mm x 6mm thick, 300mm long both sides complete.[Note : Pipes shall be of length 06 mtr unless required in smaller lengths as per borewell requirement complete all as specified & directed.]
8	Supply, assembling, jointing and lowering vertically ERW MS casing pipe 150mm dia of wall thickness 8.00 mm as per IS-4270/3589 and fixing in position (including necessary cleaning internal and external surfaces and painting inside and outside of pipes with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminious paint suitable for drinking purpose in different depth as directed, screwed, socketed, jointing with heavy duty suitable size collar (stiffeners) and necesary electric arc welding conforming to IS-358/.1991 surrounding the entire circumference of pipe with 04 Nos stiffeners of flat iron 40mm x 6mm thick, 300mm long both sides complete.[Note : Pipes shall be of length 06 mtr unless required in smaller lengths as per borewell requirement complete all as specified & directed.] .
9	Supply and fixing of MS Taper reducing socket 200x150 mm having 10 mm wall thickness heavy duty with and including socket threaded as per IS 2800(Part-I) for jointing casing pipe of bore well including necessary welding work complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: -(i) Unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be inclusive of Arc welding surrounding the entire circumference of pipe, machining, welding materials and anti-corrosive black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose both internal and external surface of pipe.]
10	Supply assembling , jointing and lowering 150 mm internal (low carbon galvanised) LCG "V" wire cage type strainer pipe of approved make conforming to IS -8110-2000 of suitable slot not more than 1 mm and fixing in position (including necessary cleaning internal and external surfaces)in different depth as directed and welded with MS pipe and jointed with heavy duty suitable size collar complete with butt welding surrounding the entire circumference of pipes complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:-(i) Slot size shall be selected as per CGWB recommendation as per strata or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge as per guideleines provided at annex "B" to IS-8110: 2000 (ii) Pipes shall be of length 06 Mtr unless required in smaller lengths as per borewell requirement.]
11	M&L for sanitary sealing around the borewell with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of suitable size using 20mm graded aggregate of size 1Mtr x 1Mtr x 1Mtr wth embedded gravel feed pipe 80 mm dia bore GI light grade of size 2 Mtr long as per IS: 2800(Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.
12	M & L for RCC columns two nos having size of 300 x 300 mm below GL 1.5 Mtr depth and 4 Mtr height above GL of M 25 grade having ISMB 200 of length 2.5 Mtr placed at the top of the columns for lowering and unlowering of submersible pump and MS column pipes complete all as specified and directed.[Note : unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be inclusive ofform work, TMT bars, ISMB, cement, sand, aggregate etc to complete the structure all as specified and directed.]
13	Supply & fixing centering guide made out of40 x 6 mmMS Flat Iron made to shape as per IS 2800 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.[Note: Centering guide shall be provided for proper alignment of pipe as per requirement of site (minimum 02 Nos)
14	M&L for development of tube well with air compressor as per IS : 11189 of suitable capacity till sand/mud free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 61000 LPH/ Max yield complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. [Note: - Compressor with accessories and fuel shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate]
15	M&L for development of tube well as per IS : 11189 by over pumping 25 % using suitable size/type pump after completion of Item Ser No 14 above, including Yield testing for the tube well not less than 08 Hrs continuously by "V" notch method as per IS : 2800-2 1979 to determine the safe pumping yield of tube well complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. [Note: - (i) Yield test of borewell shall be carried out in the presence of GE. (ii) "V" Notch & other equipment included diesel driven pump set including fuel/ submersible cable for metered connection shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate]
16	Supply and fixing well capfor 200 mm bore ERW 8.00mm thick casing pipe made out ofMS plate 6 mm thick for covering tube wellduly welded with locking arrangement, including making holes for passing flat submersible cable and support chain complete all as specified and as directed.
17	Supply, install, test and commission submersible pump set 7.5 HP capacity, 415Volt Ac 50 Hz, with Head Range of 120 to 312 m, discharge - 5.4 to 2.0 Cum/Hr suitable for 100 mm bore dia column pipe complete all as directed. Make: KSB or equivalent in Kirloskar
18	Supply and lowering GI column pipe heavy duty (as per IS: 1239, Part-I) 50 mm dia bore 3 mtr in length both side MS flanged (12mm thick) duly welded including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket for flange jointing including making suitable grooves for passing wire or cablecomplete all as specified and as directed
19	S&F steel chain made out of6 mm dia (size 20mmX38mm) or SWR wire with PVC coating for holding submersible pump set/column pipe including necessary holding (MS) clamp nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified & as directed.
20	Supplying laying and testing PVC insulated submersible cable 6 Sq mm 3 core flat LT 1100volt grade heavy duty ISI marked with copper conductor and overall served with an outer sheath of PVC along the column pipe or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing complete.
21	Supply and fixing mild steel well clamp suitable for 200 mm dia bore casing pipe made out of 200 mm x 16 mm thick MS plate fabricated to shape, including drilling holes, nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Minimum 02 Nos well clamp shall be provided]
22	Supply and fixing clamp suitable for 100 mm dia bore column pipe with clamp ends overlapping the casing pipe by not less than 600 mm, clamp should be made out of MS flat iron 150 mm x 16 mm size fabricated to shape, including drilling holes, nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as directed. [Note: Minimum 02 Nos clamp shall be provided]
23	Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick having internal dimension 1000mm x 600mm x 100mm made out of 20mm thick worught Ist class hard wood shisham with hinges , hasp and staple including polishing complete with samples at various depth every 3 mtr interval met in boring including lithological log strata chart in duplicate complete.
24	Supply and fix gun metal non return screwed both ends, ISI marked suitable for for 50 mm bore GI pipe all as directed.
25	M&L for geophysical survey report from recognized agency concluded by geophysical holding master"s degree in the stream of GEOPHYSICS to excatly pin point the location of proposed borewell for maximum yeild/output in accordance with CGWB report complete all as specified and directed.
26	Supply,laying and testing 50 mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) with new fittings laying in trenches all as directed and specified.
27	Supply and fixing in repair 50 mm bore Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. all as per IS : 778-84 Marked CL-1 Pressure tested 2.4 Mpa .
28	Supply & laying in trenches/fixed to pole, walls. etc LT, XLPE insulated, armoured,heavy duty electric power cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 and testing complete as specified and directed.
29	Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for cable trenches and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
30	Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
31	Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

34	M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32 x 6 mm by mean of bolts nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron steel including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber etc all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SI 2009 Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified includingCI cover, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade & GI protection pipe 40mm bore light grade including testing etc complete all as specified & directed. (Length or earth lead strip & protection pipe shall be up to 7.5 mtr).(for panel)

The testing & Postal charge shall be borne by the contractor & report shall be submitted to the department / GE directly by the laboratory.]
