| 1 | Conducting physical survey of area with GPS/GIS enabled total station survey on 1:10000 scale (or any other scale as and when required) showing all permanent/temporary structure, roads, electrical poles, telephone poles & HT line, sewerage line, water line, drainage, periphery road, manholes, trees (name, shape/size/spread), water bodies, railway line, or any other nearby properties/feature found relevant to the survey by taking reduced levels as per direction and requirement of Engineer-in-charge thereby supplying information on ten sets of printed digital drawings and ten sets of soft copy on CD i/c software. [The digital drawings should also incorporate as and when required the coordinates (latitude and longitude), coordinates with reference to some permanent structure and the surrounding roads, calculation of area, surveyed-grid wise with relevant software, satellite images of desired size on hard copy as well as CD, or any other superimposition as per the discretion of Engineer-in-charge] |
| 2 | Digital Mapping of the location and area of DDA vacant land and/or built up properties by conducting total station survey with reference to GPS (providing longitude and latitude) at any specific location by incorporating demarcation of roads, paths, lanes, parks, parking areas, houses, nallahs, drains, HT lines, trees, water bodies etc. along with superimposition of the same on Google map or any other layout plan as desired by the Engineer-in-charge and layout plan should include levels with respect to nearest GTS permanent bench marks including cutting of grass, bushes etc, wherever required for total station instruments and GPS instruments thereby supplying relevant information, data i.e. 5 hard copies of prints on desired scale and calculation sheet of area surveyed and soft copy as per the requirement of survey manual and/or as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
