Supplying, fabrication & fixingM.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of tower AC incl. drilling 2 nos holesin each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mmin each platform. The platform should be fabricated so as to be safe for ODU Maintenance in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2 nos. (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle of 2 mtr. length eachinserted into the exiting wall. Area of the platform is1.5Mtr. x 1.2Mtr. or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC.

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping for package RAC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing includingaccessories, insulated with XLPE class -O tubular insulation/withClass-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleevessections of specified thickness as given below for suction andliquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required.

Cutting of window grill by suitable arrangement,refixing of the same with suitable size hinges by welding arrangement, providing locking arrangement, paintingincluding hiring of welding set. The openable portion of window to be made in such a manner so that maintenance access is there including providing 7lever lock (mk- Palam)
