Of India ) S Circular No. X.11035 / 379 / 2015-Dfqc ( Pt ) Dated 22 / 02 / 2019 And Ministry Of Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises ( Govt. Of India ) S Policy Circular No. 1 ( 2 ) ( 1 ) / 2016-Ma Dated 10 / 03 / 2016 } . 1. Tube Size Should Be 13X75 Mm. 2. It Must Be Spray Dried With K3 Edta 3.6 Mg For 2 Ml Or 5.4 Mg For 3 Ml 3. As Per Ministry Of Health & Family Welfare ( Govt. Of India ) S Circular No. X.11035 / 379 / 2015-Dfqc ( Pt ) Dated 22 / 02 / 2019, The Manufacturer Should Provide Indian Standard Quality Certificate Of Icmed / 13485 / Isi / Bis. If The Aforesaid Indian Standard Quality Certificate ( S ) Is Not Available For The Item, Then Us Fda / European Ce Quality Certificate Should Be Provided By The Firm. 4. The Vendor Must Provide Good Quality Of Broad Paper Sticker On The Tube So That Patient Id Can Be Written Legibly On It. 5. Batch Wise Sterility / Pyrogenicity / Toxicity Certificate Must Be Provided By The Vendor. 6. Plastic Tube With Adequate Combustion Data To Prove That It Is Safe For Environment Upon Incineration. 7. Documented Evidence Of Equivalency To Glass Evacuated Tubes Towards Capability Must Be Submitted By The Vendor. 8. The Quality Of The Tubes Should Be Demonstrated To The Satisfaction Of The User Department. 9.Cap Piercing Of The Tube By Any Fully Automated Five Part Blood Cell Counter Or Any Other Automated Analyzer Will Have To Be Demonstrated To The Consignee At The Time Of Technical Evaluation.
