3Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete ncluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead
4Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/ 10sqm on existing surface)
5Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. TWO COATS
6Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below
7Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood

11Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete: 2nd class teak wood 50 x 20 mm
12Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture
13Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

22Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)
23For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators includingproviding and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required, Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns)
24Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles/ Galvanised vetrified tiles/ rectified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement andmatching pigments etc. complete of MAKE KAJARIA/SOMANY and the like.
25Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
26Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab over 0.5 sqm)
27Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per I.S. 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required Kitchen sink with drain board510x1040mm bowl depth 250mm
28Engaging of tractor trolly for disposal of mulba from site to dumping site outside municipal limit
29Providing and fixing in position PVC false ceiling and wall cladding as per design/ colour/ make and pattern approved by the engineer incharge including cost of all the materials required for the same and labour including the cost of framework required for ceiling work and cost of providing and fixing of cobe light, including loading unloading and carriages and disposal of unwanted malba and rubbish all complete job.
30Engaging of carpenter 1st class for repair work to existing windows and doors and chougaths including taking out windows, doors, repairing and refixing the same back including cost of nails, screws and changing of any other necessary item as per requirement of site all complete job.
31Engaging of labour for site clearance including removal of rubbish and mulba disposal from site to tractor trolly including colmplete cleaning after completion of work for handover of buildingall complete job.
