| 1 | Taking down carefully existing storage type geyser 25/50 ltr capacity and disconnection of inlet and outlet water connection taking out all accessories inside the body removing nut bolt from base plate assembly cleaning of inside of stainless steel/copper tank with the help of brush, checking any leakage testing of each unserviceable parts/spairs for its functioning and replacement of unserviceable parts, re fixing the same after cleaning and making proper functioning to maintain proper water temperature complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The accessories/spare parts such as base plate assembly, insulation material, outer shell & stainless steel tank which are required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as \"Supply only\" under respective items of BOQ. |

| 22 | M&L for servicing and maintenance of complete solar water heater plant of capacity 200, 300, 500 & 1000 installed at single/double story buildings including carrying out repair to minor leakage, replacement of the worn out / missing nuts, bolts, washers, unions, sockets flanges and screw etc, descaling / descludging the hot water pipes and normal water by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube throughtly cleaning the complete solor pannel of making the tube scale free and reassembling panel, cleaning hot and cold water tanks, removing sludge and scale form the tank manually using suitable chemicals, painting to staging, solar panel frame, hot water tank frame and repair to collector fins including required welding works etc and refixing the same after cleaning for proper functioning to maintain proper water temperature complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: The accessories/spare parts such as solar plate collector, ETC, gaskets, thermostatic switch & steel tank which are required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as \"Supply only\" under respective items of BOQ. |
