Supply of FCMA (Flux compensated magnetic Amplifier) Based fully automatic air-cooled rotor control panel soft starter for 225 kw induction motor 415 V AC, 3 phase completed with main line contactor, stop push buttons & six indications, with bypass contactor & its control circuitry. designed for supply voltage variation of + 6% & Frequency variation of + 3% and suitable for up to 50-degree Ambient Temperature. The soft starter shall be housed in a sheet steel enclosure of thickness not less than 2 mm. the enclosure shall be painted with powder coating corrosion resistive paint as per IS such as Epoxy or Polyurethane. The degree of protection shall be IP 54. soft starter panel should achieve smooth starting by torque control for gradual acceleration of the driven system thus preventing jerks and extending the life of the equipment. Starter should have silicon iron core and Air core series reactors are not allowed and certificate on OEM letter head to be uploaded in the bid. Make:- Innovative/Any DJB Approved make.
