3Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One coat.
4Marble stone flooring with 18 mm thick marble stone as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-Charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete with: Black Zebra
5Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In cement mortar.
6Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
7Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
8Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
9Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer - in-Charge
10Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm.
11Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).
12Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil.
13Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.
14Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
15Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete.
1612 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).
17Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
18Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tilling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)
19Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by themanufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitablegun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc.complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved groutinjected.) Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cementused) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work.
20Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix( 1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete. For pipes 100 to 250 mm diameter.
21Providing and fixing PVC pipes includings jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of Joints complete as per direction of engineer in charge.110 mm dia 6Kgf/cm2
22Providing and fixing PVC pipes includings jointing of pipes with one step pvc solvent cement, trenching , refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 150 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 .
23Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
24Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved
25Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness.
26Filling Gap upto 5mm depth and 5mm width
27for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings wherever required the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) fixing only Ppowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
28Fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections of approved make conforming to is :733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fastenersof requred dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, ie at top, bottom and sides with requred EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, stright, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever requred including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/Paneling, C.P brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, Paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).
29Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
30Supplying and fixing C.I with out frame for manholes: 560 mm diameter ( heavy duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 108 kg

32Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing.
