37M&L for precast cable route indicator made out of cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using20mm graded stone aggregate) having 10cm square shape at top and 20cm square shape at bottom and total height of 90cm and grouted 35cm below ground level as per site requirement including embossing remark "LT 1100 V Cable" and also painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
38Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof Enclosure), Diesel Engine Driven Generating set capable of delivering 200 KVA, water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator through direct/ flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standarized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangments and inlet, outlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bhopal. Make:- Cummins, Gen set Model No-Cummins C200D5e, ENGINE MODEL-Cummins QSB7-45 (Stage lll a), Alternator- Stamford UCI274H or equibvalent in Kirloskar / Mahindra. Note:- The Genset should comply the Environment (Protection) Rules, 2013 related to Emission norms (latest update) and CPCB rules regarding type approval and confirmity of production (CoP) should be complied. CPCB-II rules should be complied. (i) ENGINE (prime mover):- Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 or latest, water cooled naturally turbo charged capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 200 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bhopal, 24 Volts (as per manufacturer recommendations), electric battery start complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with techometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. (ii) ALTERNATOR:- Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 Wire, confirming to IS 13364 (I&II) rated for output of 200 KVA, minimum power factory 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation class "H" salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through direct/ flexible coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii)BASE FRAME:- Made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/ specification.
39(iv) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Sheet metal fabricated scope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and power coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1M at 75% load under field condition and 70 DB at 3M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No. 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (v) DIESEL TANK: Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen set. (vi) MISC: Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list overhauling manuals guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard pratices. (vii) Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of AMF (Automatic mains on failure) panel suitable for 200 KVA DG set, 415 volts, 03 Phase, 4 wire system factory made of suitable size (of CPRI Approved) made out of CRCA sheet 2.0 mm thich (IP-43 Protection), powder coated cubicle type floor mounted, indoor mounting, having copper bus- bar 450 Amps rating suitably insulated with PVC coloured tapes & complete all as specified and directed.
40M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mmgraded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base for floors or similar work for gen set (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 all around for ease of movement and 0.3 M height) and grouting pads as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
