6Supply , fabrication and erection of structural steel for hand rails , window grill, Shutters, Door shutters and name boardwork including cost of all Material, labour charges lead lift etc. complete
7Painting with two coats of EPOXY Zing rich Aluminium paint over one coat Red oxide paint after thoroughly cleaning the surface of steel structureon down-stream side, Up-stream sideand steel structures at dam topcompletely as per instruction of Engineer at siteincluding cost of material, lead, lift, etc. complete.
8Water washing with special chemical "Steripure 100" with high pressure water jet and hard brush for removal lime leaching , algae and funges formation in the D/S face of Dam under hanging condition as per specification including cost of all materials, labour charges T&Ps required for the work scaffolding etc., complete. Wherever required as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.
9Chipping the loose flush pointing and removing old cement mortar joint, removing the loose Material, clearing the joints to a minimum depth of 50 mm , packing and pointingwith cm 1:3 for 50 mm depthdown stream face of damincluding cost of all Material working platform rope, ladder, all labour, charges T&P labour charges for operating hanging platform curing etc. complete.
10Chipping raised pointing and removing upstream side masonry mortar joint upto average depth of 50mm and removing the loose Material and clearing the joints, packing joints for 25mm with cm 1:3 with hammering and packing rod of different sizes andFilling with cm 1:3 for 25mm top depth and 20mm thick raised pointing for 65mm width over the racked joints in CM 1:3including cost of all Material, T&Ps, labour, hire chages for suspension platform with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge to the upstream face area.
11Cleaning the expansion joint with the Rapid Cleaning agentwith the high water jet pump to remove the fungus,joint corners & mill scale formation, rough the expansion joint insideof three sides. Fix theflexable slilcone core nipple at the intervel of 0.50 M with necessary polyster morterandthe damaged cornersshall be treated with the same to fisnish the same with necessary polyester mortor and allow it to achieve the green strength.Injecting the intereact expandable grout with heigh pressure compressor jet unit thenthe grout comes into the next adjesant point interneal capplieriesfilling the same anderate the capplieries and sealing the point with the eposy resin mortor.Filling the backer rod to adjust the horizontal level for the Hydrophilic gel and the thicknesss of 15 mm the top and bottom of the backer.Tooling the same to remove the capplieries.After filling the gel filling the polyurathan filller to 15 mm to avoid the thermal longitudinal cracks near the joints. After the treatment to protect the treatments apply the polyelotromiccoating of 2mm and apply the primer and fix the HIGH MOLICULAR HIGH DENSITY POLY ETHLINE of 4 mm and fix the copper golvanized sheedfix with the interect coppoer screws with the expandable slili jel and seal it with the sealling material on up stream face of dam as per specification including cost of all Material, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges, transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges as directed by the Engineer in charge.
12Reaming the existing vertical drainage shaftto the entire depthby rotary drilling from the top of the dam to the drainage gallery level including cost of machineries , equipements, consumables, other Material required for the work , labour charges for operation and cleaning the drille holes, transport cherges for machinery from one place to another place, water charges all leads, lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
13Reamingthe existing foundation drainage shaftof200mmdiatotheentiredepth by specilised drilling insidedrainagegalleryinclusiveofallmachineries,equipments,consumables, other Material requiredforthework,labourchargesforoperation,cleaingthedrilledholes, transport charges formachineryandshiftingthemtodifferentlocationetc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
14Removal of calcination from the gallery wall andfloor by chipping with chiselincluding cost of labour, lead, lift, transporting the debris away from the site etc. complete.
15Cleaning and removing the rust and old paint thoroughly in the existing surface of the scour vent regular & Emergency gates, Intake gatesofboth Units regular & emergency gates, spillway gates and all the hoisting structures, using Sandblasting as per IS:14177-1994 as per instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of sand, solvents, Compressor, Diesel, engine oil, hopper, hose, scaffolding pipes & fittings, tarpaulin and other required Material including safety equipment like leather shoes, helmet, hand gloves, face shield, safety belt, safety apron, loading & unloading charges, lead, lift, etc. complete..,

30Over hauling and reassembling of the spillway, Intake and scour vent gate"s gear box, gear coupling, pinions,rope drum, plummer blocks, manual operating mechanism, feedback mechanism, damper fan assembly, etc., complete using required whatever suitable size sparesor replace if any parts got damaged in it and then bring the entire gear box assembly into service for trouble free operation as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of dismantling, reconditioning, all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts, etc., complete .
31Supply and fixing of new20mm (or) suitable size steelwire rope with good quality for the spillway gates using new fixing clamps,bolt & nuts washers, etc., and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope, clamps, bolt & nuts, etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete .

33Supply and fixing of new40mm (or) suitable size steelwire rope with good quality for the Unit 1 Intake Regular gate by using new fixing clamps, bolt & nuts washers, etc., and also applying rope compound (SERVO COAT 120/140/190) as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope, clamps, bolt & nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials,labour charges,lead,lift,etc,complete.
34Cleaning the 26 mm diameter steel wire ropemanually and applying cardium compound (Servo coat 120/ 140/ 190) forScourventgate (Regular) and Unit 1 - Intake Emergency & 40 mm steel wire rope of Unit 2Intake Regular gateand cleaning the floor area free from spilled rope grease after completion of re-greasing including the cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
