(ii) The cost of all kind of minor parts / spares, other than mentioned in BOQ, as and when required to making the DG Set fully functional, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.(iii) If complaint is not attended by the contractor within two hour the penalty as applicable shall be impossed on him. (iv) Contractor to give the name of machanic, electrician and helpers those will attend the urgent breakdown. (v) All kind of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment/T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at workshop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (vi) Complaints shall be lodged by telephonically, so contractor has to give the telephone number of person who will receive the complaint round the clock.Normal defect rectification such as relay settings , loose wirings , oiling / greasing , sensor based settings include in this work . No separate cost will be charged against minor defect rectification. |
