Tender For Day To Day Complaints Of External Electrification Under Ge Hisar.; 1 Comprensive Day To Day Maint And Repair To External Electification Network For Attending All Type Of Breakdown Complaint. Comprising With Outgoing Feeders, Distribution Transformers, Vcb, Voltage Stabilizer, Lt Panels & Feeder Pillers, Apfc Panel, Various Earthings, Incoming / Outgoing Underground Ht / Lt Cables, Ht / Lt Over Headconductors, Jumpers, Cable Joints Of Different Sizes, Insulators, Breakdown Of Conductor, Cable Fault, Thimbles Etc Of Complete System, Scattered In The Hisar Mil Stn. The Contractor Should Provide All Required Tools And Instrument Like Safety Belts, Safety Helmet, Insulated Pliers, Screw Driver, Insulated Cutting Plier, Hand Gloves, Shock Proof Shoes, Torch, Ropes Etc As Required At Site To Repair / Maintenance And Proper Functioning Of The System Complete All As Specified And Directed.Note - ( I ) The Rate Of Jobrefers To Maintaining The Station External Electricbreakdown Complaint Including Sunday / Holiday As Directed Byeinginner Incharge. ( Ii ) The Rate Inclusive Of Maintaining Complaint Wise Register Daily And Complaints Slip Etc Signed By Both Parties Or As Directed By Engineer In Charge And Submitted During Payment Of Rar. ( Iii ) Tools Required For Electrician I.E. Safety Belts, Insulated Pliers, Screw Driver, Insulated Cutter Plier, Hand Gloves, Shock Proof Shoes, Torch, Ropes, Or Any Other Safety Measures Etc Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor And Rate Quoted Shall Be Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rates. ( Iv ) Contractor Shall Take All Preventive Measures To Avoid Any Accident / Mishap Due To Negligence Of His Workman. Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Any Mishap, Accident And Loss To Life Of The Workmen Engaged In The Work And Nothing Extra Shall Be Admissibe On This Account By The Department ( V ) Each Team Will Report To Main Power House. However, The Duties Can Be Changed At Any Time Of Contract As Per Requirement Without Any Extra Cost To Govt. ( Vi ) Complaint Register And Complaint Slip Shall Be Maintained By The Department At Mes Power House / Mes Office And Complaint Slip Shall Be Issued To The Electrician By The Je E / M. The Cost Of The Complaint Register And Comlaint Slip Is Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rates. ( Vii ) At Any Time 06 Persons Should Be Present For Attending Complaints And Complaints Should Be Attinded With In Half An Hours Or Penality Of Rs 1000 / Hrs Will Be Imposed. ( Viii ) Life Insurance Shall Be Done By The Contractor For All The Staff Engaged By Him. Cost Of The Same Shall Be Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rates.
