2M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including requisite insulating paper/material in each layer or winding complete all as spcified and as directed. Note: (i) item will be executed before pre board approval of GE or SEI recommendations as per site requirement. (ii) Item will be carried out by authorised service centre or OEM.
3M&L for inserting of HT/LT coils on limbs rewinded here in before/old after cleaning of lamination in proper way after insulating the limbs with requisite insulating materials on limbs in between limbs/coils in workshop complete all as specified and as directed.
4M&L for re-arranging the top lamination over coils in proper manner including fixing of top channelsoldering in between coils as necessary and brazing of star delta connection with tap changer in workshop complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Contractor hasto arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit withoutany extra cost anddetailed test report after and before each transformer dehydration submit to the department.
19Supply and charging topping up /filling of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 60 KV at 2mm gap duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before pouring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site.
20M&L for painting of automatic servo voltage stabilizer with existing colour, 2 coat by usingspraying machine upto 400 KVA before cleaning/preparation of outer surface of transformer including writing of SM No, MES No. and capacity of transformerin red colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
21M&L for Checking/ inspection on site of automatic servo Voltage satbilizer functionality and servicing it (i.e. Cleaning from inside & outside, greasing gears, Checking its automatic controls, PCB card, motor, checking for oil strength, Checking circuit connections, lamps, meters, output/ input current stabilization, thimbling/renewing heated/ burntout cable connection etc.) complete all as directed and specified by Engineer in charge. Note: (i) cost of the spare parts are included in quoted rates. (ii) Above service should be done by an authorised service centre or OEM.
22M&L for disconnecting the defective automatic servo Voltage satbilizer of Capacity upto 300 KVA from incoming and outgoing cables and opening of top cover by unscrewing nut,bolts & washers etc and taking out core assy from tank and removing the lamination in proper manner carefully for taking out serviceable/unserviceable primary and secondary coils stabilizers for checking the defects in winding coils by draining out transformer oilkeeping the oil safe for re-use in containers provided by contractor and making ready for transportation to back to site andincluding making connections and testing complete including replacement of gasket set unserviceable nuts & bolts, washer, packings complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in Charge.Note: Above service should be done by an authorised service centre.
23Transportation of unserviceable Transformer / automatic servo Voltage stabilizer to nearest workshop and return back for installation inits original position/location after repairing from workshop upto 400 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation & lifting, T&P and manpower charges.

44M&L for Servicing/ Decarbonsing/cleaning complete HT VCB as below:- (a) Servicing/ Decarbonsing/cleaning complete HT VCB indoor type and HT VCB in CSS,11 KV cubicle type, consists of bus bar chamber, circuit chamber and metering chambers,by opening the spout/bus covers inspecting the bus bar joints, cleaning of bus bars, checking the bus bar spouts and circuit spouts for any flash overs/tracks, applying Becktol red solution to the bus bars and spouts having moderate tracking,replacement of bus bar/circuit spouts in case of spouts subjects to heavy tracking, applying HT insulated red compounds at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints, cleaning of bus bar insulators and bus bars with CTC and ensure proper decarbonisation and re-assembling (b) Disconnecting and taking out the Digital and manual IDMT relay any type and any makefrom 11 KV HT VCB indoor type and HT VCB in CSS,cleaning the contacts. Calibrating the relay by conducting primary injection and secondary injection tests,checking of current transformer, rectified of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of circuit brakers through CTs and relays and tripping coils.adjustment/setting to plug and time multiplier settings of the relay to achieve the discrimination in tripping time of upstream brakers,re-installation of the relay in circuit complete all as specified and as directed.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
45Note :Rectification of mechanical complaint like spring charging, tripping of VCB, Locking of Gear assembly or any other minor defect is deemed to be included in quoted rate.The contractor shall provide necessary testing kits, testisng equipments,tools etc andshall also prepare the detailed test reports panel wise duly bounded and submit to the department. Rate for the kits and equipment is deemed to be included in rate quoted. Testing and turning shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge to the satisfaction of department failingpayment for the above item will notbe made to the contractor. No claim from the contractor be entertained on this account.
46Taking down unserviceble CDG 61/31relay and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of self powered microprocessor based numerical3 Phase over current and earth fault relay with high set for both over current and earth fault with fault records suitable for panel mounting with auxialiary supply voltage range 24 V to 110 V AC/DC as per site requirement. Note:-1) Replacement of existing relay and refixing of new relays and necessary control wiring , testing, calibration, setting to load requirements etc., are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. 2) Any modification/sheet metal work for relay fixing is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
47Taking down unserviceble VAJH13/23 master tripping relay and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of VAJH23,Two element high speed tripping relay with hand reset contacts. 1/2 N H , HR Contacts for panel mounting with auxialiary supply voltage range 24 V to 110 V AC/DC as per site requirement. Note:-1) Replacement of existing relay and refixing of new relays and necessary control wiring , testing, calibration, setting to load requirements etc., are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. 2) Any modification/sheet metal work for relay fixing is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Checking and making functional breakers ON/OFF operation, manually & electrically. 4. Functional checking of all electrical & mechanical interlock operation of RMU. 5. 51B. Transformer (upto 250 KVA). 1. Checking and making Transformer functional. 2. Checking and toping up of oil level in T/F. 3. Checking and making Functional of cooling fan, if available. 4. Checking function of hooter/Buzzer. 5. Routine test of Transformer and producing test certificate of same. C. LT Side. 1. Checking and making all theACB & MCCBs fuctional. 2. Checkingand making all the ACB/MCCBs ON/OFF operation manually & electrically. 3. Checking and adjusting and servicing all the ACB and ACB relay setting as per load conditions, Metering devices, CT"s and wiring of any type and producing certificate of the same. 4. 112Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breakerof any capacity11 KV,for servicing, repairs, replacement of defective/worn out components and re-assembling completecomprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including proper calliberation as per applicable load and submitting callibration report complete all as specified and directed.
113(a) Dismantling the HT VCB from the enclosure consisting of interuptter assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceability of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacement of defective/worn out parts and re-assembling the unitcomplete. (i) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CTC or Liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection ofbushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misallignment of contacts. (ii) Checking theinterrupter assembly and contacts. Checking the allignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacterurs tolerance. Badly potted contacts needs to be replaced. Note: Contacts shall be ordered separately. (iii) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the interval surface carefully for any charging/trackings,replacement of bushings.
114(b) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the HT VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective /worn out parts re-assembly complete for the following. (i) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor alongwith gear box including servicing to the motor bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (ii) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts including replacement of defective ratchet wheel and parts. (iii) Checking the type and release prop and dash pot assembly making necessary adjustment including replacement of defective/worn outcomponents. (iv) Checking the operating mechanism of the breaker and ensure its operation freely through entire stroke. Parts which shows excessive wear and tear to be replaced or adjusted as per manufacterurs tolerance. (v) Checking of operating voltage at mechanism terminals and tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contactcts and replace if necessary. (vi) Review the adjustment of all pressure switches and lockout devices. (vii) Inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and coller pins are in place and they are tight and opened properly. (viii) Inspetion, cleaning and relubrication of circuit earthing truck with Aseol Molite or Moliday 47. Note:- (I) Cost of additional hardware like, bolts, nuts , washers and spring washers, petroliumjelly CTC, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) work to be carried out by authorised servce center or by OEM.
