Following Jobs Are To Be Carried Out:- ( A ) Overhaul And Prove Hp Pump Along With Motor. ( B ) Overhaul And Prove Lp Pump Along With Motor. ( C ) Overhaul And Prove Cleaning Pump Along With Motor. ( D ) Inspection Of Pulsation Damper Inflation Pressure With Loading Bed. ( E ) Clean Conductivity Probe And Calibrate Conductivity Meter. ( F ) Replacement Of Active Carbon Cartridge. ( G ) Chemical Cleaning / Preservation / De-Preservation Of Osmosis Membrane. ( H ) Sand Filter To Be Emptied / Cleaned And Pressure Tested. Charge Sand Filter With New Material. ( J ) Overhaul Three Way Sand Filter Valve. ( K ) Overhauling Includes Renewal Of Bearing, Mechanical Seals, Varnishing / Improving Insulation Of Motor Winding. ( L ) Av Mountings Of Ro Plant Pre Filter Pump On Foundation Frame Deteriorated. Same To Be Renewed.

    1E-214: Overhauling of RO plant (Make: M/s SLCE, Model: SD5-203, Cap- 05 TPD) and prove rated output of 5 TPD. Following jobs are to be carried out:- (a) Overhaul and prove HP pump along with motor. (b) Overhaul and prove LP pump along with motor. (c) Overhaul and prove cleaning pump along with motor. (d) Inspection of pulsation damper inflation pressure with loading bed. (e) Clean conductivity probe and calibrate conductivity meter. (f) Replacement of active carbon cartridge. (g) Chemical cleaning/ preservation/ De-preservation of osmosis membrane. (h) Sand filter to be emptied/ cleaned and pressure tested. Charge sand filter with new material. (j) Overhaul three way sand filter valve. (k) Overhauling includes renewal of bearing, mechanical seals, varnishing/ improving insulation of motor winding. (l) AV mountings of RO plant pre filter pump on foundation frame deteriorated. Same to be renewed.
