| 1 | SCHEDULE Á\" SECTION-I: (REPAIR TO GEYSERS WORKS)Note:-Attending of day to day complaints of geysers by draning out the water and taking down carefully from wall after unscrewing nut/bolts geyser 50/35/25 Ltr capacity and opening the same for taking out internal tank, syphon assembley etcincluding replacement of defectiveunserviceable parts, reassembling and refixing after repair all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: i) Spares shall me measured and paid sepratley under respective items of Sch. ii) Penal charges of Rs 250 per day per complaint shall be imposed on contractor for not attending the complaint within 24 hrs. |

| 6 | Supply and replacement internal steel tank of geyser 25 ltr capacity complete with syphon –assembly, 1.5 kw element , rubber gasket , thermostat switch , complete all as specified and directed .Note: The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with standthe requisitepressure. Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor . |

| 21 | Supply and fixing in replacement of CP connection brass with flair nuts all as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 22 | Cleaning / scrapping of old paint/dust and painting of geysers of 25/35/50 litres capacityat site/ storeswith two coat of super enameled painting by spray, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 23 | Supply and fixing in replacement single pole and neutralenclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 24 | Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel galvanised iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lenghts, with and including all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbow, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc, fixed to wall or ceiling or in floor complete all as specified and directed. |
| 25 | Supply and fixing plug top 15 Amp three pin for geysers, complete all as specified. |
| 26 | S&F in repair Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch orbutterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 27 | M&L in repair for point wiring with2.50 sqmm in copper conductor cable ( multistrand) FRLS single core PVC insulated cable in and including PVC conduit( ISI Marked) with all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated insunken/pressed metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches /sockets/ fan regulators etc and continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor ascontinuous earthwire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-ChargeNote : i) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB\"s in DB\"s without any extra cost.ii) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth. |
| 28 | SECTION-II: REPAIR TO SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEMAttending of day to day Solar Water Heating System complaints taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing and testing of Solar Water Heating System including replacement of unserviceable parts wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor for efficient functioning of Solar Water heating System. The cost of material will be measured and paid seperately for replalacement of parts complete all as specified and directed by EIC.Note: (i) Schedule of repair to Solar Water heating System is catered for attending day to day complaints of different items within the prescribed time schedule as decided by the EIC on complaint slip, failure to attend the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint.Note: All repair to Solar water heating system shall be carried out from an authorized person of the manufacturer of the system and proof there of shall be produced to the GE before undertaking repairs. Contractor is advised to visit the site to ascertain the model and manufacturer of system before quoting his rates. |

| 34 | M&L for preparing new surface of steel of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed and specified. |
