Name of Work: SPL REPAIR TO RENEWAL OF CIRCUIT BREAKER AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT TREHGAM GRN UNDER GE 874 EWS

2	Supply,installation ,testing and commisssioning of HT 11 KV Vaccum Cicuit Breaker (VCB) with panel, indoor type, of rating of 630 Amp, of rupturing capacity of 350 MVA with seperate trips relays and controls for (a) Over Current Tripping (adjustable threshold), (b) Earth Fault Tripping, (c) Under/ Over Voltage Faults (adjustable threshold) with tripping timing of less than VCBs already installed, with all necessary relays such as IDMT/(numerical relay) and master trip relays, hooter of 50 meter range, LED Beacon (hooter and beacon activation to be programmable for various trip settings and deactivation auto and manual), counter for counting of trippings (one for each type of tripping) and counter for Electricity (input) shutdowns/ absence, with all data being stored and retrievable using USBs, all controls and operation of VCB being of numeric type, having set of housing for circuit breaker carriage mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangements with Three Phase LCD Voltmeters (02 Sets), Three Phase LCD Ammeters (02 Sets), Three Phase LCD Power Factor meter, Three Phase LCD Wattage and kVA Meter, Three Phase LCD Multifunctional Electric Panel Meter (Secure Elite 445) with necessary CTs and PTs for all meters and any other devices, RYGB indicators (Two sets), with all meters duly caliberated for direct display of values without any factors, with pushbutton adjustable setting centralised LCD control, with 06 Nos isolaing plugs circuit breaker and all other fixing arrangements like PCC work in foundation, earthing and PCC cable duct all as specified and directed by engineer in charge, cable connection of above rating comprising of following:-
3	(a) Assembly of vaccum interrupter complete with epoxy support insulators and self aligining figer type isolating contacts. (b) Truck having internal racking in device for insertion and withdrawl of VCB complete with necessary interlocks. (c) Motor operated independent spring closed /spring tripping trip free oprsting mechanism closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker closed/open spring chared/discharged indicators. (d) Mechanical operation counter (e) Shunt trip coils of 24 volt DC (capable of working in 12V DC and 180 - 270V AC also). (f) Breaker operated auxillary switch-04 Nos (N/O and N/C), Nos, bus bar chamber including a set of three all as specified. Note: (a) The job includes connecting with all existing cables using appropriate jointing kits and thimbles/ connectors, all made of copper (b) The Circuit Breater and Panel to be of same Make, Make : ABB/ Schneider (c) The VCB should be wholely dependent on the below mentioned battery bank and charger and no external charger/ power supply may be required. The control systems should have an internal source to function for one week (without tripping) even when the battery bank is not operational as per required voltage. No memory shall be lost because of non supply. The VCB should be able to function with variation of +/- 5 Volts supply from rated supply, with a protection beyond this limit.
4	Supply and install battery bank of 24 Volts containing 12 Nos of Valve Regulated Lead Acid Type 2 Volt Batteries of 125 AH each for use in VCBs/ OCBs with minimum warranty of 48 months (replacement/ free repair warranty)from date of installation, alongwith smart battery charger as below, with battery of make Exide, Luminous, AMCO or equivalent as approved by engineer in charge
5	All as per item Ser No 24 but plain sheet as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
6	demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
