Cad / Cam Software To Meet The Following Features: 1 ) Built In 3D Interference Check, Firm Should Define All Machine Component, Fixtures, Tables And Tools Used In Working Area So That Possible Interference Can Be Checked Before It Occurs Both In Auto And Manual Mode Of Operation. 2 ) Interference Between Machine Components Such As Tool And Fixtures, Work Piece Can Be Detected Through Animated Simulation 3 ) Modelling Of The Machine Tools, Fixture Component To Be Done. 4 ) 2-D Program Generation Cycle Time Prove Out For Component Drawing 5 ) Program Generation Should Include Work Offset & Tool Offset With Spindle Probe And Tool Setting Probe 6 ) To Suit With The Siemens 828D Cnc System Source:Delcam / Siemens Nx / Autodesk Or Eqvt Note: Prove Out And Training Of The Above Component At Hmt Works & Customer Works ( M / S Dgnp Naval Dockyard Mumbai ) . => Limited
